Used to use this post office often, but not anymore. I was the only one in there and still treated like they are herding cattle. Too quick to slap on a tracking sticker and go on to more important things. I had an envelope with paper goods in it, charged me 7.75. Realizing this was way more than I had calculated, I questioned why so much. Lady said it was the weight, not the padding. As I was leaving, I questioned about the priority rates which were much lower. She said this is priority! I said what about the USPS Priority envelopes? She said those are cheaper. Never once offered them to me, or suggested I could transfer my items into one of those and save a few dollars. Too bad! Will NOT use this one again. Could have been a little more helpful!

My husband and I popped in here the other day, the girls working there were so kind and helpful. Id printed out customs forms for a package I was sending to my nieces in Canada but hadnt realized Id needed to print all 5 so one of the girls was kind enough to make copies for us. I was also shipping a package to my son and his girlfriend in L.A. which is already out for delivery today! Thank you USPS:) Lowering my rating due to the rudeness of the current employees and will use a different post office from here on in.

The lady was rude to a customer on the phone while I was waiting in line, when she hung up she said "dont answer the phone for idiots". When it was my turn I asked about obtaining a po box she was trying to give me directions to the main branch & I explained to her that I just moved here she said oh well then I cant help you, walked away & called the next customer.

Rude, impatient, surly, clearly annoyed that she had to explain the rules. Im not sure what this womans problem is behind the post office desk, but she was the polar opposite of the card store woman who greeted us when we came in. Ill drive out of my way now to find another post office with employees that dont have a problem doing their job.

The post office IS there. Its at the back of the Kays Hallmark right by Publix. Very friendly folk, no lines. A full service Post Office in the back of a Hallmark store - which means, among other things, a friendly atmosphere with light music in the background versus the terror and "sadness" of a run-of-the-mill post office.
