Good morning. We are having problems once again, with our postal delivery person. This time a birthday card for my daughter was returned to sender/ not deliverable and our mailbox clearly states who lives at the address in Pine Island Road, Clermont, Florida 34711. I am truly tired of this battle with our postal delivery person and would like to see some action toward good will. I have attached 2 pictures of the incident. Thank you for your help with this. I will also address the post master in the Clermont post office. Maybe that will help as well. My letter, above, to the USPS. This is a nightmare. Perhaps I should address the federal authorities and send in a complaint about mail tampering..I know if the common citizen would mishandle mail the way our postal delivery person does, we would be in trouble. Hello. For the past 3 years I have lived at the above address and for the past 3 years I have had troubles with the Clermont Post Office. Mail that is supposed to be delivered, is not. Letters have been returned to sender even though the address was correct. The latest is attached. It says it was delivered, it was not. Packages from Germany, from my Mama, have never shown up and an important parcel from my Mamas Bank in Germany with Power of Attorney Docs have mysteriously disappeared. Packages are delivered to the empty house next door and letters do not show up in my mail box. I have made numerous phonecalls without any resolution to this problem. I am at my wits end. All I would like is my mail delivered. I do not understand this level of incompetency and lack of caring. Perhaps you can make a difference. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Carina T. This review is for post master Wallace We came asking your help that someone forward our mail to a different address and we needed your help to protect us, your answer was that someone will call us rather than taking action on time and stop the forward request to forward the mail at the spot. 10 days later all credit cards was informed by the post office that our address was changed. Are you kidding me. Now we are running like crazy between the police department and calling all the credit cards. You could of prevented all of this from happening if you did your job. Its sad we trusted you and you ruined our life. On the other hand post master luie did the right thing when we went there upset again 10 days later. He stopped the forward mail request. And called the mail delivery person to continue deliver our mail. Thank you Luie. Now we are fighting everyday with a new credit card that was opened under our name. And all our info bank statements , credit card bills and more was sent to those people. A problem could of been prevented by you doing your job. We will try to retain a lowyer to take action on this. To everyone reading this. Be careful if you get change of address request take action fast dont wait even a day. Those guys are smart. Be safe and be vigilant.and protect yourself.

This post office is slow tiny and horrible. Called to speak supervisor to state that I was not getting my packages. However neighbors would have to drop packages off to my home. Supervisor stated she was look into talk to the mail carrier and get back to me she never called back. Went in person to speak with the manager Arnie he stated he never this. To prove to him that I was being honest I gave a package that was delivered the wrong address . I also let him know that mail carrier ran over my mail box ... I have horrible service Arnie did not care nor respond by letting me know that he would take care of the matter. He just said "I never heard of this" Arnie was not helpful he was nonchalant ,rude and careless. I him that I could his superior. All I is my mail in correct box . I filed a temporary change of address to have our mail forwarded. We did get a few things forwarded but after returning home, our neighbor (thank goodness) had a basketful of mail for us that had still been delivered to our home. In this bunch of mostly junk mail were a Mothers Day card and 5 packages of mail order cardiac meds. All were 1st Class Mail. I dont know if the employees are just incompetent or if its a ploy to get you to sign up for that $16 a week priority shipping your mail. Had we run out of our medications, we would have had to drive that 600 miles back home just to get them...or cause a bunch of problems between our prescription supplier and doctors. What is wrong Clermont, FL USPS?

I am posting this to make a record since the post office is closed at 5 PM and it is after hours. I was in today to ship three packages, including one an APO, and I purchased two books of stamps, which I received and paid for them with the debit card. A gentleman waited on me. Then I purchased two books of stamps with a $20 bill for my mother and received the change and the receipt but not the two books of stamps. I did not notice until I got home. I will be going in tomorrow to get the two books of stamps for which I paid. I tried calling the phone number but it had a constant busy signal so I could not leave a message to report the error.

I have dealt with a representative Ruth on several occasions and she is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered.During our several conversation (because they cant seem to get there information correct )I have had to deal with her and its just awful she cuts me off,yells and says I will call you back but never calls if you can not help me at least direct me to someone that can.If you are on happy at what you do just walk away no sense in making other people unhappy.I really hope they let her go because if she is doing it to me I am sure others were unfortunate enough to feel the wrath of Ruth

I have been trying to call for two days now only to hear a busy time as soon as the call goes through. It has literally been impossible to contact anyone. I was supposed to receive a package yesterday that is a monthly subscription and always gets shipped to my house and when I checked the status of the delivery it said that it was the incorrect address. Now this is the same address they have delivered to me before without problem so I dont know whats going on. This is a Christmas gift and if it gets returned to the sender all because you people can not answer your phone I am going to be livid.

Once again I received multiple pieces of mail that are postage paid (I pay 1.83 for each piece so that my contributors dont have to)- four months late! These items are postal stamped for December 2016!! Today is April 25th! Now I get to spend my time contacting people to say we just received their checks, should we cash them and would you like an adjusted Tax form- POST TAX day! I have a PO Box at the Minneola Ave location. We clear the box two-three times a week- how am i JUST nOW receiving these contributions. So Annoyed! This is not the first or second time either!!!
