This post office has no customer service. Every time I have something shipped through the post office is not delivered. Im always told our carrier would never just "not deliver" a package, yet I always end up having to go down to the post office to pick things up bc she never seems to know how to leave a package on the porch, or even in the larger box. She never even leaves a notice saying why the package was not delivered. I ordered something and paid an extra $17 to have it delivered in 2 days and it has now been 5 days and now the day it was supposed to be delivered it happens to be "undeliverable" that is bull crap. Now I am going on vacation needing the things I ordered, without them because our postal carrier is worthless. Thanks a lot.

This post office is a joke. Ive had to go track down my mail and amazon packages because the delivery guy keeps them and returns them to the store and marks them as delivered. This afternoon I went outside to him sitting in my driveway honking and handing my amazon orders to my neighbors because he was too lazy to get out of the truck to leave them on my front step. Sat in my drive way and honked until someone acknowledgesd him! Are you kidding me?!

I have two packages from Amazon Prime that are in limbo. Called Amazon. they referred me to USPS.. spoke to a useless USPS representative that said they wont deliver to house.. have received a hundred items from amazon from private delivery. fed ex and UPS. apparently they refuse to drop off in our local package boxes as well. attempted to call them and just get fast busy/. By now Amazon should know not to offload delivery for villages to USPS

Purchased a computer from Amazon prime and it was never delivered. Tracking indicated the last location was Lady Lake Post office. Its my understanding that postal delivery in The Villages is contracted through private contractors where there is potentially no quality control. Very frustrating that US postal service for package delivery is extremely unreliable.

The Wildwood Post Office is convenient to the Southern end of the Villages. It is rarely crowded, has plenty of Priority Mail supplies, and has very efficient and friendly staff who make using this post office a pleasure.

mail is delivered with no consistency if it is delivered at all. some times 7pm some times 2pm some times not at all. forget trying to contact them by phone as well line is always busy.
