Everytime I go here it seems like I am in a scene from O Brother where art thou and this post office is a geographical anomaly its two weeks from everywhere. I mailed a very important document to Dayton, Ohio from Bay Village which you can drive in 3 hours. 830 am Monday morning they said it would be there by Wednesday for sure. Well now Thursday is in the books and no show. I am not sure if the Post Office in general sucks or just this one. Go UPS or Fedex from now on. Hell a Carrier Pigeon would have been better at this point.

Mailing things here is fine no issues. But the woman who helps at the counter could not have had a worse attitude. I was shipping a package back and asked for a piece of tape. They didnt have any, at the POST OFFICE! Had to purchase some and took my item to the desk. When I asked how much the shipping would be it was like I was asking her to help me move. She couldnt have been more put off. In a day and age where I can ship pretty much anywhere else youd think the post office would at the very least provide a pleasant experience.

I like the workers at this location but who ever designed this post office should be fired. You have to enter through 3 doors which open towards outside. When you have multiple boxes, it can be a challenge holding the boxes and opening the doors. Most post offices have the doors pushing in. Also, they have in front parking which is a nice feature, but there is a fire hydrant in between signs at the end. Why would they even have the additional sign if no one could park there anyway? LOL, just my thought!

Live in Bay Village? Enjoy Torn and damaged packages, with the customer service of liars. Oh wait theres more. They deliver your mail to your neighbors. Who knew! Go UPS, FedEx and Amazon without USPS in Bay Village.

They didnt set up my P.O. Box correctly causing all of the letters I was sent to be returned to sender. International letters written by hand. Very frustrating.
