Called today about a registered package...which shows delivery to their office today and tried to get info about whether the carrier was going to deliver the package ...the lady was rude and hung up when I was trying to give her the tracking # she just rudely said if it shows at out=r unit it will be delivered...Nothing was delivered and I have dealt with rudeness from this post office 3 times now...Been trying to call the number since it hung up on me and it has obviously been of the hook...because I have called every 5 minutes for 2 hours...Bad customer service

Very rude staff. I used to live in Clermont and their post office was 100 times better. If ever there was an issue they tried to fix it, rather than argue. I tried to resolve an issue Ive been having lately, and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and wanted to argue rather than give me a solution. Im disappointed to say the least.

Worst postal "service" ever! Cant complain about the service in the office, but our postal carrier is the WORST! We have communal boxes, and I have had my packages placed in the wrong parcel locker, and given the wrong key. A package I had delivered a couple of weeks ago had an entire soda spilled all over it. Inside and out!

THE WORST POST OFFICE. Constantly looses my mail and they can never find it and never even try too. Hundreds of dollars of my mail has been lost. Starting to wonder if there is some theft going on with employees at the post office since they are so unwilling to help... One of the reasons Im moving out of groveland
