I had just spoke to a very rude customer service from this post office (it was a he, sounds like in his 20s). Not sure how he was trained or whether he was just having a bad day, but as a person who lost my ordered item through their handler, I believe I deserve better. I called to asked why my item had not arrive on the day it should be & he argued that the handler already sent it. But if that was the case, why was it not updated in the tracking number that the item was being delievered? Yet, he asked how important my item was. If it wasnt as important, it is a common sense to know that I would not have called to waste my time communicating with a lowly spoker like him nor would I even ordered it in the first place. I wish I had recorded his voice to show how rudely he had spoken to me and what kind of attitude I was given. Losing an item I had wanted was another and having such person treated me in such a way is different :) I hope they will consider our voices here and do something about it. But thanks to the lady whom I had spoke to earlier the day and for reassuring me of my lost item.
This might be the most incompetent and inconsiderate group of people Ive have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Twice, in two weeks, they have sent packages back to sender for no reason. I called and was told the package would be held at the post office for a week and that it could be picked up. When I went, however, I was told it was returned to sender already, the day the incompetent carrier tried to deliver it! I will do whatever I can to make sure nothing of mine ends up in their hands again.
I am a business, moved across the parking lot to a new office, never told when you do a change of address the mail is delayed TWO WEEKS, so it can go to MICHIGAN. I would have made other arrangements. They should have informed me. Calling them is useless. There is a reason the US postal service is hurting financially. I have a friend that works for them and the benefits our off the charts. They should be held accountable for those pay checks and benefits.
Very dissatisfied with the service I received from Rick, the "supervisor" at the Fairlawn post office. Unable to answer any of my questions and just kept repeating, "we got new systems in October, we dont know how they work yet" Im sorry, but when you are a public service business, you should make sure yourself and your employees are trained 100%
Extremely rude, unprofessional, unhelpful. They speak to you as if youre an incompetent child. Not to mention the lines are always insanely long since a group of three employees prefer to stand around and gossip instead of helping customers. Ill gladly drive out of my way to avoid ever returning here again.
Just spoke to an extremely pleasant and professional woman about misdelivered mail. She took the matter very seriously, appologized and is taking steps to rectify it.
Can you believe that theyre actually open until 7pm!? Its almost as if someone, somewhere, listened to customers. Amazing.
I am sometimes at this post office a couple times a day and I am consistently greeted with kindness and courtesy
VERY rude and unprofessional!
Nasty attitude by staff.
