First Ill say Im not a post office basher. In general they do an excellent job for a very fair price. However - the post office in Webster, FL is by far the worst Ive ever experienced. Lost mail (getting a slip in your box saying you have a package and going to pick it up but nothing is there or having a business or friend/relative send you something that just never arrives, etc.), poor delivery practices (my mail carrier constantly opened my mailbox and put the mail in then drove away without closing the box - when you live in a place where it rains almost every day [in the summer] this is not good), and rudeness from counter employees is the norm here. I finally just got a P.O. Box (in Sumterville) and took my mailbox down.

I constantly receive mail that belongs to a resident over a mile away from my home and the addresses are no where near similar. I also have had many instances of not receiving mail that I was waiting for. The pieces I am aware of not receiving were legal documents and were in no way undeliverable.There is no telling how much I really dont receive. I have complained to the post master in Webster lets see if it continues to happen. Unhappy Resident, Webster FL

Going to file an official complaint about mail tampering. My address was changed without my consent or knowledge and when I tried to correct their mistake, I was not allowed access to my mail or even able to change it to the correct address. I guess the webster post office is holding my mail & address hostage.
