This post office has sent us 3 replacement credit cards which have been rubbed with a pencil on the outside of the envelope exposing the full cc number and expiration date! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable that your mail handlers disgrace themselves by committing credit card and mail fraud!!! Who can you trust if you cant even get your mail safely delivered to you!!!!!! Unbelievable! A huge injustice has occurred and they did nothing about it!!! Phones are always down too or busy off the hook because they are too busy charging up my cards!!!! Unbelievable!!!!

Delivery is never on time. Even when you pay for insurance. Im not sure why but next time I will drive 10 miles to another post office instead of them. I wouldnt post this review if the offer of a 3 days delivery that arrives 7 days later. Im not happy with their service. This is the only post office I encountered this issue. And I need their insurance to pay for the damage that cost me ASAP

everytime they deliver to my house and my gate is closed, they refuse to get out of their truck and set it next to the gate conpletely hidden from drivers. instead they give me a stupid pink slip saying i have to go get my package from the office and when i get there we end up waiting like 10-15 minutes just to get my package. stop being so lazy.

I think that customer service at the winter garden post office is outstanding. They are friendly, fast, they always guide me the right way. I like the fact that there is always one of the employees in the lobby to help with self service questions. I give them five stars

This the 2nd time theyve delivered my mail to the wrong address. Both times the packages were Christmas gifts, so you can obviously see the importance and stress of receiving them. Why is it so hard for the mail of my particular address to be delivered?
