They still the mail from inside the droppings box, this its the 3er time happen inthe same place ,they are not helpful I ask the female general manager and she did not help me to check out if my package was inside or missing inthe office.. to my understand is a felony that someone take email from another person. In a ferderal building.. no good they dont care about you. And what you are sending out.. they dont check camaras.. I have my tracking number and still after 13 hours with out scan.. i drop two together I is in but the other not ???where is the package???

The postwoman who deliveres the mail throws all different names and addresses into the boxes! Never pays attention to names or address! More than once she has scanned a package and either "forgot" to leave it or it is at someone elses house! Really pissed off when I was waiting for VA paperwork post marked 7/23 yesterday 7/31 someone put it on the ground at my door! She also several times will put a box into the bigger slot and leave the key however she leaves the wrong key!!

Really nice people at this branch, but severely understaffed! The wait in line is ridiculous. I do everything I can to avoid getting in line for assistance. Some times I dont have a choice and have to wait in line, especially when my Express Mail doesnt get delivered next day and I need a refund. This branch sends the Express Mail out on time to Tampa so its not their fault. Tampa just sits on the mail for 24 hours before sending it to its final destination.

We have a community mailbox so getting mail meant for others has always been an issue along with our mail going into the wrong box. Now Ive had a package that was "delivered" but not to me. No key for one of the parcel boxes in my box and nothing at my door! Hopefully the key was put in the wrong box and a neighbor is kind enough to notify the PO. Not using USPS for delivering any more!

I have experienced the most unprofessional, unorganized, poor customer service in my life!! It has been over 3 weeks trying to get a lock change on my mail box. Today, I was told I was at the wrong post office. The manager, like her employees so quick to speak and not listen. This situation couldve been avoided.

This Post Office sucks! Avoid avoid! Go to another post office to forward your mail! They screwed us with our creditors.. even after talking with the Supervisor they STILL dont have it right...! Why do they even have a job if they cant do it half way right??

Horrible customer service! and our community mail boxes forget about it we get stuff thats not ours a few times a month. They also never ever go to your door for a sig required package or a certified mail they always make you go to the postal office
