If I could rate this USPS a -10 I would. My experience was horrible, I cant believe my tax dollars are wasted on such awful service. I got there and there where no supplies out to package up a box, when we asked for some we got an attitude. I stood in line for 20 minutes while a employee named TIM took the entire 20 minutes to set-up. We got to the front of the line and we got TIM, we had no tape to tape up the box because they wouldnt give it to us to use unless we were at the desk. So we get to the desk and TIM tells us that we cant tape our box up at the check out desk that he, "had other customers he needed to take care of." Are you joking me, am I not a customer? I had been standing there patiently for 20 minutes after you already gave me an attitude when we asked for the box in the beginning. Not to mention TIM had a dirty appearance, his shirt was completely dirty and his hair was all greasy. Im sorry but everyone else in that office seemed put together but TIM had a bad attitude and a bad appearance to go with it. I WILL NEVER SHIP ANYTHING WITH USPS AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER USE USPS AGAIN!!

Pathetic service from this branch (not at the front desk; its always been good). I moved from North Fort Myers in September , and one month later ordered some meds from a mail-order service. Even though I clearly marked an address change on the order, the pharmacist sent it to our old address. After a couple calls to the pharmacy, I tried calling the North Fort Myers post office to see if the package was forwarded. What a joke! They simply dont answer the phone. It just rings and rings and rings. They ignore it! So I called the post office on Palm Beach Boulevard, and the person there was helpful ) he actually knew how to answer a phone). He checked the packages tracking number and found that it had been dropped in our old mailbox by a new carrier, even though we had a forwarding address. Apparently, the new carrier on that route doesnt have the sense to check on such things as forwarding -- just like the people at the office dont know how to answer a phone.

For the third time in three weeks I had to go out into our community to retrieve mail and packages that our mail person dropped at the wrong home. These are careless mistakes 3630 on alternate street, 3560 just misreading the number. Then we have combination of the wrong street and wrong number. I have over the past six months experienced this about 12 times. When I finally catch up with the people that have our mail they say they have had the same thing happening to them. Is there no quality control Postmaster? Of course I doubt that you will ever see this just like the post office does not have email and hardly ever answers the telephone.

Staff is ALWAYS friendy and very patient with costumers that are NOT so friendly..FYI unkind costumers ..they do the jobs thats required of them and for the past 3 years i have been coming in at least 1-2 times per week..ALL OF THE STAFF AS BEEN WONDERFUL...A kind word to someone goes along way instead of complaining look at all the good work that they do...The Staff is AWESOME!! Thank you for the years of GREAT costomer service

Why do they even have a phone...? I dialed it every minute for over an hour...BUSY and a message that for 1.50 I can get contacted back...the 800 number year thats a frigging joke too. My iten shows delivered and it is NOT HERE! The mailman was because they took mail from my box...I can get no one to help me and I am VERY pissed off!...I had valuables in my package..

Good luck with package delivery. Its amazing UPS, Fedex have no trouble delivering to our location but since we have a gate UPS refuses. Horrible customer service
