I called at 9:23am on a Thursday morning. The line had been busy for about 15 min, then finally went through. The woman sounded very irritated when she answered the phone, asking "How can I help you" but with a tone that made me not want to talk to her at all. I asked politely if they do walk-ins, and with a huge sigh of annoyance said, "Yes, if someone is available." Before I could even finish saying thank you she had hung up. What great customer service skills.

Beware!!! This places rents chairs to stylists... they just come and work as they please. I got the WORST haircut of my life here. When I called to talk to the owner, I was talked to rudely and told she wouldnt do anything about it. Stay away. I came in with long golden blonde hair and left with the top layer of my hair cut in a bowl cut. Its going to take six months to get it long enough to cut decently. My image was destroyed by this place.
