My sister and I go into this salon and we stand there for a good 5 minutes no one was in there we kind of had to make a little bit of noise so the lady in the back with come out she came out and my sister said all she wanted was a trim and trims dont take long. The lady said there was no opening till 5:30 and its 11:30 but yet no one was in the salon and no one was around the salon. She was in the back doing her own thing.

Apparently they close at 8, not 9. I walked in at 8:15, to two employees sweeping the floor and no customers, and was told they stopped taking clients at 8. Weird because the gate was still up and they were clearly open. I have short hair that takes 15 minutes to cut. Guess they dont need paying customers to pay that rent at the Santa Rosa Mall. On another note, and to their credit, the store was very clean. SMH

Very friendly staff! Kim was the one who colored and styled my hair. I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work. The other two ladies working there today were also very nice. You could tell their costumers really enjoyed their time there. I will definitely go back. If youre someone looking for a fun and relaxed salon to go to with great costumer service, Regis in Santa Rosa Mall is the place to go.
