First off the lady inside had the door locked and as I look inside she looks up at me then continues to text on her phone, once she opens the door her first words are Im really busy because Im about to do lock checks. I told her thats okay Im busy to and all I need to a price list of your various units because I need multiple units so is just like to know their prices. She asked me what size do I need, I told her again multiple units so just print me a price list she said she cant do that. Now mind you this whole time she had had this tone with me like shes not interested in helping me out, I told her she seems like she doesnt want any business with her overall tone and the lack of helping. She starts to scream at me and use profanity, I told her that Im sure the manager will be happy seeing her at like this on camera she tells me there is no camera, I told her there is one on the wall behind you. She told me it doesnt work then as she locked the door she gave me the middle finger. Went down the road and rented 4 units for 6 months in advance, their loss because they put some unprofessional crack head behind the counter at that facility.

Derby Self Storage is an excellent choice! I shopped storage units and Derby Self Storage is not only very competitive but it has 24 hour access and management lives on-site making me feel safe even if I drop items off in the middle of the night. The climate controlled units still feel cool in the heat of day. The units are clean and well insulated. They offer the moving supplies needed and these are priced at a great value as well. I give Derby Self Storage 5 Stars!

I have used self-storage companies in the past, but I decided to write a review on this one. First of all, it is CLEAN and I like the fact that the units are truly separate, no wire screens covering the top! Not to mention the price is the best around town. The staff is courteous and so helpful! I dont like needing a storage unit, but sometimes you just have too much "stuff"!

Ive been using Derby storage for several years now, and I love it! The climate-controlled storage spaces are great! I dont have to worry about my stuff getting overheated. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always polite and helpful. I would recommend Derby Storage to anyone looking for a great place to store their belongings. This Budget Truck dealer charged me for 2 gallons of fuel, even though I filled the fuel tank to the point of overflowing from a nearby gas station. Budget Truck corporate customer service volunteered to reverse the charge after I called them to complain. Corporate CSR stated Budget has had previous problems with this dealer. Beware!

After my dad passed, mom couldnt live alone. We had to move her quickly and Derby Self Storage, being right across from us on 19, was our obvious choice for storage. We could not have been more pleased with the personal service and kindness they showed during a most stressful time. Kudos to the whole staff at Derby!

Very unhelpful would not work with myself and my wife and we paid for 7 months and as soon as we got 60 days behind they sold our unit without any calls or care! No matter what you do they make it hard to talk/speak with anyone that has say in whats going on! highly DO not recommend them at all. F-
