Chris and kathy at uncle bobs storage in tarpon springs Rock !! They both made our move an easy one which is no easy task! Does anyone enjoy moving ?? but they made our move so easy and low stress. Chris was very helpfull from day one with the truck rental they supply for you down to the easy rental terms and monthly discounts if you find you need only half the month to store your stuff till you move out. Kathy on the other hand was instrumental in getting us scheduled to move out with no additional charges...Thier available box truck on site is awesome....NO OTHER STORAGE COMPANY OFFERS THAT! We will definetley recommend them to everyone who needs some storage needs. Thanks to both of you, it was a pleasure to meet you both, Sincerely, Dan and Tamara Turner Unit 102

Excellent is far from sufficient to describe my experience here. Bill Bigelow is wonderful. Came here after a short and extremely unpleasant experience at "Public Storage". id say that comparing the 2 companies as literally heaven and hell with of course Bobs being heaven. Bill Bigelow is very efficient, super competent, keeps the facilities in tiptop shape and rounds that out with a personality to win customers forever. I will gladly expound enthusiastic words about Bobs Storage mainly due to Bill. and I only met him 2 days ago. thanks to Bill I would not go to another company unless "Bobs" was not an option

Vwry pleased with the facility and the service!! I had a unit for 7 years. I had not opened my space in all that time. For about 6 months prior to empying it, I avoided it, for fear of what I might find behind closed doors. When I finally got up the nerve, I took rubber gloves and clorox with me! I didnt need either. It was spotless!! At some point during my many trips to empty my space, my key was misplaced. Kathi was kind enough to rescue me!! She cut my lock and would not allow me to pay her!! Chris was always pleasant and helpful!! Thank you for a terrific experience!!

If you are looking for a clean storage unit for a great price with awesome staff then go to Uncle Bobs!! I have had a storage unit there for a few years and I have had ZERO problems with anything there. No matter if I go to my storage unit at 11am or 11pm, I feel like my belongings & I are on secure property. I recently had the pleasure to work with Chris, who was wonderful to work with and a HUGE help when I locked myself out of my storage unit.

Life storage,formally Uncle Bobs,is a 5star place for a few reasons..#1.. The staff,run by Chris,without them I wouldnt be writing a review like this.They are by very qualified in all ends of the business,the office N the grounds are always in Tip Top shape✋Chris is very personable and will do everything he can to help out...I have been renting there for many yrs and I wont go anywhere else..Thanks Chris and thanks to your staff..Your the best...

This is a very clean and well-run facility. I stopped in to find out about future storage, as I am downsizing and will need to store some of my furniture. I was impressed with the customer service of Assistant Manager Larry Kambouris. He was courteous, informative and knowledgable about rental spaces and rates. He answered all of my questions and concerns. When I am ready to use storage, I will definitely be back to this location.

Excellent service by site manager Chris Bearkland. I needed a unit quickly and he was able to accommodate me the same day. He explained everything and took time to show me the unit. With his information I was able to rent the correct size needed. I told him when we would be there to move things in and he made sure we had a cart available to aid us. Its very clean and organized. Kudos to Chris and his team!!

Life Storage in Tarpon Springs gave me excellent service and accommodated all of my needs. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. The storage units have 24 hour access, which some competitors do not allow that and they are secure. The price was very reasonable and my unit was clean with convenient access. They provided me with many extras to make my move a lot easier.

At no time did I feel any pressure from him to rent from his storage unit. He answered all my questions. Excellent Service! Chris helped me with my climate-controlled storage unit (a "Must", Ive found out now living in FL). He gave me all of the pertinent info up-front so that I wasnt met with extra charges when I actually got my unit the same day. Smooth, easy process; very happy!

2+ years after moving from my unit where I had left it clean and clear I found out I had a $700+ bill from them that had been sent to collections. My account was never closed and there had been no attempt to contact me. I would highly recommend using another storage provider.
