The only one there you can speak to decently is Linda. I have constantly paid late fees and kept up with my unit when need be due to an inconvenience with my due date and not complained. These storage facility maintains itself solely on the "automatically generated" pricing and has no customer service skills- Now, after being a month past due, for the FIRST time I have been served with a notice of lien and onsite staff who has no control of what happens, but cannot direct you to someone who does. My items have been in the unit for 14 months now and I will be resolving my issue, getting my items, and unfortunately due to the circumstances speaking very poorly of this facility, its corporate office, and the overall experience I have had. Your bully tactics and lack of communication skills are not what keeps your automatically generated company running. Automatic gates, automatic billing, and no idea who your boss is? Sounds like your company isnt far away from a technology takeover.

I just rented a unit yesterday and although I cant review my overall experience yet, I can say that the Manager Doc did a great job explaining the process of renting at this facility. He was friendly and professional, took time with the paperwork and let me know of the new tenant special. The unit and grounds were clean. I am expecting a good experience here.

Everything I put in there means a great deal to me and after Linda spending about an hour with me I feel like she is personally watching my stuff as if it were her own. The staff is friendly and very helpful, and wave hi and bye to you when you come and go! ALWAYS with a smile!
