We frequently rent several storage units a month at various locations throughout the tri-county area depending on our business needs. I can honestly rate PS against their competitors quite confidently. PS wins hands down! Jim, the facility manager, runs a great facility! He is friendly and outgoing and takes time to answer any questions you might have...and trust me...at the beginning I had several. Probably even drove him nuts...not that hed ever admit it! :) The facility is very secure and clean...which is very important to a gal like me! If youre ever in need of storage in the Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor or Holiday area please visit Jim at the Alt. 19 location because Im sure youll be as happy with him, and his facility, as I am.

I rent an office space in front of the storage units and LOVE my office. The rent amt is fair and the location is unbeatable. Ever since I moved to this location my business has increased 35% due to visibility. The units are really well taken care of and the parking lot is professionally maintained every week. We even get to add signage to road sign for free! The staff at the Public Storage Office especially Jim is always greeting tenants and visitors with a big smile and positive compliment. Jim is super helpful with tenants whom have questions regarding any issues with their offices. I will be a long time occupant of Public Storage office space.

This is my Top storage facility that I recommend to all the customers in the Tarpon and Palm Harbor area. Jim the manager is amazing willing to go far and beyond to assist in anyway he can. I have 3 customers that have had there belonging in this storage facility for not only a few years but close to ten. From my initial phone call to inquire about a storage unit to signing the paperwork and getting the keys, Samantha was excellent! Customer service rates a 5 star! My unit is in a climate controlled building that is very clean and has good lighting. I have used storage units in the past, and I rate Public Storage at the top of the pack for easy accessibility, security and cleanliness. I have been a storefront tenant for seven years now , this is a great property the grounds are always kept neat and clean and the property manager Jim, well... is more like a personal assistant as he goes out of his way daily to help anyone from the store owners to storage unit tenants and always pleasant ! I Gould go on and on but the only way to know what I am talking about one would have to experience this property on their own! I love it here!!!

Jim was very helpful. We just moved to the area and aside from the normal business routine of getting a storage unit, Jim talked to me as a regular person and gave me great insights about the area including a great tip to get a scooter and ride across the causeway to Howard Park... Jim and Brenda were the nicest employees I have ever met at a storage facility. I have had the worst experience after being a long-term customer with U-Haul. This has brought me back to understanding that storage facilities do have good caring people working at them. Every time I open my storage unit, I find rodent droppings on a lot of my storage items. The staff is nice and the manager is a good guy. Every year they raise your rent by $10 to $20 depending on the size of the unit. I have spoken with other tenants at the facility and they have similar stories as mine. I gave them a two star because of they way they treat their good paying clients and the rodent droppings.

He was always very friendly and helpful, not only on the phone, but once I arrived, emptied a large storage unit, and moved to a smaller one. I think he went above and beyond. Moving is such a hassle and can be very emotional. I arrived with my truck at just past 6:00 as Jim was locking up. Thankfully he opened up and processed my paperwork, etc as my movers were heading in instead of turning me away. He sensed my duress and was more than accommodating - definitely the bright point of my otherwise miserable day!

This location is convenient to all beach areas and Tarpon Springs sponge docks. The staff is great and extremely helpful. I stored a boat here and was very happy with the location, price, its well lit, gated and clean. I went in to get prices for my son who will be moving to Florida in December, Jim was extremely helpful ,showed me several units and gave me prices, he gave me web sight info regarding reservation when my son is ready.
