Watch your billing! Had to get my billing corrected each month for the first 5 months. The advertised price was not being honored. Unfortunatley, I also fell at the site due to poor snow clearing, that resulted in a broken ankle and over $10,000 in medical payments. Im finally moved and just cancelled and was informed that they do not pro-rate/reimburse, so $100 for 9 days. I did like the security features and pest control on site.
