Our business endeavors require us to rent multiple units at various locations throughout four counties. This particular Public Storage facility, located on Embassy Blvd., is top-notch. It truly is a beautiful and well-maintained facility and is a true gem. The staff are extremely outgoing and have terrific customer service knowledge and skills. Keila always goes above and beyond what a persons general expectations might be. You can tell she takes great pride in being responsible for a facility of this caliber. If youre ever in the area and are considering the need of a storage locker, go by and checkout the Embassy Blvd. location. Im positive that you will be as impressed as I am.

HORRIBLE.... THE CALL CENTER SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY$30 FOR A UNIT AND NOTHING MORE...WELL THE SCAM IS THAT WHEN YOU GET THERE YOU HAVE TO GET INSURANCE AND BUY THERE LOCK WHICH COMES TO AROUND 60 DOLLARS...DONT BOTHER CALLINGTHE DISTRICT MANAGER DAWN BECAUSE SHE WILL SIDE WITH THE CALL CENTER AND SAY EVERYTHING IS HUNKY DOREY....AND TO TOP IT ALL YOU HAVE TO GET THERE INSURANCE ANDTHERE LOCK...WHAT A SCAM....I HAVE WORKED IN RETAIL ALL MY LIFE AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE I WAS TODAY...WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO TREAT THE CUSTOMER LIKE YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED....THERE ARE PLEANTY OF STORAGE UNITS AROUND...GO SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU WILL BE TREATED FAIR.....

Looked all over this area for a climate controlled unit only to find out that most places in this area think 80 degrees for a climate controlled unit is cool. To me that is not cool. I have used climate controlled units before and the temps were more in the mid 70s. I settled on this unit because it was a "little" cooler but it was cleaner, well lit and easy access. I worked with Judson and he was very helpful. I had knee surgery and was not able to walk long distances and he brought me a dolly to the unit and helped prop the door open. I also liked that the rent was only $1 for the first month.

I had a good experience, I came in to ask questions about renting a storage unit. I was really impressed with the facility. Its clean well organized and the manager was very informative she gave me a tour of the property and answered all of my questions. Also gave me information on supplies along with a price sheet to make my move in is quick and is easy as possible. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends and definitely ask for Lori shes great.

My experience with public storage has always been good. I went to the location on Embassy Boulevard had questions about a unit I was greeted by the store manager Lori. She was nice and informative she gave me a tour of the property showed be the unit that would fit my needs. She went over all the supplies Im going to need to make my move in really simple. I would like to thank her for her time and patience she has great customers service skills.

Tasha in the office is fast, efficient and lots of fun to work with. she let us pre-view the unit to make sure it would work for us and even found one on the first floor that was perfect. she explained the process exceptionally well so we could clearly understand our options. Id hate to see her leave the location, but she should be a customer service trainer for the company! She made it a really good experience!

After a rough first meeting, I decided to rent a unit.In our second meeting the same employee was on site. We talked and worked out any misunderstandings we might have had. Tasha was there to help me with the purchase of boxes through out the day and answer any questions I had. Thank You oh so much Tasha for all your help in making a long relocation seem a little. My mom turned to public storage to store her belongings while she was in between homes. The units are clean, secure, and easily accessible. The price was below what she had expected and was even under her budget! The best part of it all was that the manager, Keila was knowledgeable and made the entire situation completely stress free! Public Storage is definitely the way to go.

I needed to downsize my unit and Tasha was extremely nice and helpful. She was also quite the comedic type. Very hilarious and we were just having a good time talking to each other. Also my new code wouldnt work so she gave me my old code from the other unit. My experience with Tasha will be very memorable and I look forward to seeing her pretty smiling face again.

WE had a great experience yesterday opening up a storage unit after the storm. The telephone service was open on Sunday and was able to direct us to the Public Storage on Embassy Road (which was also open on Sunday). The office employee was wonderful and facilitated our move in. All in all a great experience.

I love the management there, very courteous... but if I had to do it again I wouldnt... simply because they gouge the prices up on you within just 3months... I am to pay 130 a month for a 10x20 non climate control unit... I could rent and efficiency and have lights,water,and septic for that amount...
