I actually have my storage unit in N Charleston, SC but have had billing issues (online price vs normal price) since day 1. When I came to Florida to visit and had to make my monthly payment, Michelle, the property manager, helped me with my billing. Hopefully the problem is resolved, but even if its not yet, Michelle was willing to work with me even though she didnt have to. She contacted the property manager at my storage location and gave me the number to the "higher ups" who should be able to correct the problem finally. My own property manager couldnt get this done for me. If I choose to move down here, this is the facility I will be using! Thank you, Michelle!!

I went there looking for my favorite manager and I was saddened because they fired the best young lady I have ever came across, passionate, willing to go that extra step to help (Huey). This company has made a terrible mistake. I kinda knew something was not right the property didnt feel or look the way when I come onto the property. Miss Huey if you are reading this I give you a ten... The next employer will know exactly what they have and they will value you. I do not give the company give stars but those stars and many more belongs to you. Great luck on your exciting adventure.

After an amazingly terrible experience with another local storage facility close by (on Little Road), I was lucky enough to find this Public Storage. I occupied my storage unit today, and Robin was a PHENOMENAL hostess and took the time to show me everything, but respected the fact that I had movers on the way as well. She was a pleasure to deal with, extremely personal and knowledgeable, gave me an incredible deal, and made me feel like I did the right thing by choosing this Public Storage facility! I cant thank her enough - she turned a bad situation into a great experience!

Normally I do not write a review unless someone has gone beyond expectations to make something good better. As a business owner and always on the go the storage solutions are always a headache. Till public storage helped me with not just my solutions for my business but also great staff memeber. Ms. Michelle and Ms. Belle went beyond my expectations to accommodate my personal items. Our business venture finds us renting multiple storage units at various locations throughout 3 counties. I have always enjoyed renting from Michelle at the Hwy. 54 location. She is very knowledgeable regarding her property and will take whatever time is needed to help her customers understand the rental process. Her personality and spirit really shine through and she is a true joy to work with. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this facility to family and friends.

Fantastic service remarkably clean facility. The staff was wondeful and incredibly helpful Jermey in particular was key in expediting the painful process of storing my precious few belongings. The office was clean and I was offered water and candy upon arrival making me feel as close to at home as one can be in a storage facilitys office. They are truly a shining exaple as to what people in the customer servicr industry should aspire to be.

We go to the auctions once a month and found some pretty good stuff. Michelle is an awsome employee! Shes a very nice person and goes out of her way to help. I visited public storage a month ago forgot to do a Google, I wasnt planning on moving until February. Miss Hueyretta took me too see three different units that. Her personality, smile, and caring spirit was awesome. This is what customer service is and when I get ready to store my belongings it will definitely be there. Beautiful and stunning lady.

Stopped by to ask about prices. Michelle and Cathy were great. They showed me a couple of units they thought would be best based on what I would be storing. I had a lot of questions but they were patient and helpful and the prices seemed quite inexpensive. I wont need storage for another month or two, but when I do, this is where I will be going.

I have been with this public storage for years now and have never had any problems, however when I came in to pay my bill the Property Manager: Hueyreita was absolutely fantastic. She helped me with something I wasnt even aware could be helped with! I was so happy and impressed by her ability to think on her feet. Keep up the good work!

The unit I rented has proven to be just the right size and easiest to get in and out of, and I can NOT find fault with the security. Lori S. behind the counter is a true asset for this set of owners. This is my 2nd time using this location, and I absolutely love it. The person that helped me out was Samantha "Sam", and she was very kind, patient, explained everything I needed to know. I just got a storage locker at this location and was very pleased with the wonderful service I received. The price was very good and the service provided by Hueyretta was outstanding. She has a very pleasant and cheerful attitude toward her customers. It was refreshing to receive customer service of that quality.

I go to many locations every month and Michelle and crew and are at one of the best around. This property is always clean and secure. Theyve also got push carts for you to use to move your items and a great selection of packing supplies, prices are low and service is 5 stars for sure. Recommend storing here.
