To begin with, I let the storage know that I was moving out of the facility back in June and told them I would be out in August then confirmed as well. I spoke with them about getting someone to move a semi cabin truck that is parked on the exit side where you could not get a 26ft moving truck out. The manger there Laidy Minaya told me all she could do is call the owner of the truck which is what she did. Then told me the owner was out of state and couldnt move the truck. Said that I need to back the truck into the exit gate where my storage is located. Mind you that is back it off of a 3 lane highway busy highway during the week. So I said fine. I then called the corporate office they said they would have an area manger call me back. So I did speak with him (John) which then I spoke with the Store manger again and still got no where. So called back to the Corporate office and they were going to have a VP call me, The rep that I did speak with said shes sure that they would be able to compensate me for the hassle of all of this and getting my blood pressure up. Well John area manger calls back a day later and basically talks to me like im stupid told me I shouldnt have called the corporate office again no reason to. He did tell me that he did get a hold of the owner of the truck and that he would be here the following Monday to move it. So I called back to the corporate office and let them know all of that, they said they still will have a VP call me. Which VP Philip called me Monday morning and I told him the whole story. He said well they are getting the truck moved what would you like me to do to compensate you for. I said some sort of refund would be good thats what one of your reps told me. Philip said well they dont have the call to make that decision and should of never told you that so there is nothing I can do. I guess he was going to try and let me stay an extra day or so if needed but Im moving didnt need to stay an extra day.He said sorry there is nothing I can do for you we have gotten the truck in arrangements to me moved out of the way. I told him fine I will never rent from any Uncle Bobs Storage. I told him It wasnt fair how they treated me Im disabled and was still blown off. I will be glad to have my stuff out of there. You think having a truck such as that parked in their lot they wouldnt block up an area like that. Its not safe for a moving truck such as a 26 footer to come in there nor is it safe to tell them to back in off the main highway like that. So before you rent look at the outside

My initial phone call to someone who easy not actually on site in the Seminole location was great. I was able to secure a storage locker that fit my needs and reserve it. That same day, Laid (the Seminole location manager) called me to find out if I received my email confirmation and set up a time for me to finalize the process. When I got to the site, Laid greeted me at the door and walked me through the process and even showed me the locker before I decided on it. A very good experience on all levels. Lady was very helpful and professional. The office and no grounds were immaculate. I definitely recommend Uncle Bobs Storage in Seminole Florida.

What a wonderful relief in a time of chaos! The customer service is excellent here! Jen answered all of my questions (and there were alot!) & was so friendly & helpful. She really did a great deal to ease my stress. Moving is never easy & it was just so comforting to have something go right for a change. Jen made the process very easy and anxiety-free. And.....you get a free moving truck with some of the storage space rentals! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Ive rented with Uncle Bobs twice in the past six months and I got to say that both times Ive had a great experience. The store manager was very helpful and positive. Not only did she gave me a great deal but she also took some extra time to take me to my space and suggest ways for me to store my items sufficiently. I also noticed that the property is cleaned and well maintained. I will definitely use Uncle Bobs in the future.

This is a wonderful place to go for you storage needs, My fiance and I had stored there before quite a few years ago it was good then as well the staff is super friendly!! Also the free use of the box-truck was an added plus. The facility is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend everyone to do business at this location, you wont be disappointed.

These guys are awesome! That made it super easy to get our unit and when we needed just a couple days extension - while our life threw us a curveball - they were very gracious and worked with us. If I ever need storage again, Ill definitely use uncle Bobs!
