I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with the folks at Florida Mini Storage. I needed a place to store my mother’s belongings after she passed away, and all of the other places around wanted to charge me ridiculous prices and put me on a waiting list. Not only did they have space available right away, I was able to reserve the space online, and the price was about half of what the other places where looking for. While I held her possessions there, they were extremely professional. The area was somewhat questionable, but they have gated entrance and video surveillance all over the property. At no point did I feel that any of her items were in any danger from theft or damage. The office staff was friendly and willing to work with me throughout the time I had the items in storage. Even when it came time for me to close the unit out, it was quick and painless. If I ever have to store any items in the future, this place will be the first and only choice for me.

I have been renting off site storage facilities in NYC, New Orleans and the Belleair Largo Florida area for over 20 years and I am happy to share that Florida Mini Storage is by far one of the nicest, cleanest, best maintained, safe feeling, conveniently located, 24 hr access, and efficiently run facility of all. Their rates are competitive but they offer an overall experience that far exceeded the local competition. I came to them after trying two other companies in the neighborhood and there was no comparison. If you are looking for off-site storage in Largo, South Clearwater, Belleair Beach, Belleair or the Bluffs this is the place to rent from. You wont be disappointed!

Ive used Florida Mini Storage since I was about 18 years old when Mr. Bill use to run it. From time to time Ive needed to use them again (Now 32yrs old) and weve always had great service. Not only is the property secure, it is also very clean. Today we upgraded from a small unit to a larger one and Joe made it so easy. He was very helpful and kind. Its such a relief to have nice customer service just like when Mr. Bill was there. I have and still will recommend Florida Mini Storage to anyone in the Clearwater/ Belleair area that needs it! Outstanding service and location! Always clean and well maintained. Joe, the manager, provided expert assistance in helping me to choose the right size unit for me. Joe also informed me that I would receive military discount when he realized I was a retired veteran. Also, I forgot to set up automatic payment after moving in and Joe gave me a courtesy call to remind me of my payment due before I was charged any late fees. Its hard to find great customer service like that nowadays. I highly recommend Florida Mini Storage!
