The customer service here is horrible! They call to make sure you pay your bill, pay it and the lock is still on days after. I call and leave a message, no call back, no explanation, no apology! Dont pay and they are quick to sell your belongings! Call and ask why I didnt receive a call back at least to be courteous, then manager casually says its an oversite, no apology!

Clean facility, wide variety of sizes for the units. Great staff-I had two units but when my house was ready, I moved most of the stuff out. I still needed one, but the move and Holidays delayed my notification to management about closing one. Turns out, they noticed the move from the security cameras and had already changed my account, saving money!

EZ Storage Sterling Heights is Awesome! I have used this storage facility three times and each time, Dawn in the office is wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable and accommodating! The storage units themselves are spacious and clean. I would absolutely recommend this facility to my family and friends!

Excellent customer service. Greeted with a smile every time Ive had to visit. Anytime I called they listened and answered my concerns. The building is also VERY secure and clean. I have recommended EZ storage to friends and family who are using a space now. Im glad someone told me about this place.

EZ storage is such a great facility. Its extremely clean and well maintained. I love that the units are temperature controlled and you dont have to worry about humidity ruining your things. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend EZ storage to anyone for their storage needs.

Good place. They lure you in with a deal on the first few months and free truck rental then youre trapped paying every month. Eventually after a few years, you pay more than what your stuff is worth.
