Jessica gave us five-star service! Aside from the fact that you get to use the box truck when you move in, which they do for everyone, Jessica was super friendly and made extra accommodations for us that helped us take our new business to the next level! I am a price comparison shopper and in the Largo/Seminole area, Life Storage has the best prices for the size and the best prices in town on climate and humidity controlled spaces. Really!! Thank you for helping us get this exciting and nerve wracking endeavor underway! We own "In Good Hands -Certified Estate Sales" and part of our business is short-term storage of items, but I will be recommending this company to every client that I have with storage needs, which is quite a lot. Dont forget to come to the auction once a month for even more fun. YUP!!!! Update: want to add an update to our review as we go return the truck. We were never told that you get 25 miles for free on the box truck, and its $.89 a mile there after. I probably wouldve brought my pickup truck along with me, instead of taking the box truck to run the errands that I needed done this morning on my way to fill the storage unit. Just be alert and aware that you could have extra charges like we certainly will.

I store with Uncle Bobs 072 facility. Karen has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She assisted us with the rental, the truck and since we unexpectedly have been away 4 months longer than expected, payment over the phone monthly . Her pleasant demeanor and positive attitude offers us, as customers, a rare treat. There was an issue months ago where someone could not find my account, more than 5 calls, very frustrated and angry, I finally confirmed we still had our unit. Karen found it first time on with her...Unfortunately for me, Karen was off the day before when the mess happened. I wish I could say that Karen should be there every day, but the best of employees certainly deserve time off. Hoping you recognize Karens value as we do. We met Jessica yesterday when we came into life storage for the first time. This company has the best prices for the size AND the best prices for climate and humidity control. Jessica made us feel like we were friends, all while treating us very professionally. This is not her permanent location, but she is trying to move to this location, and as long as Jessica is at this location we will continue bringing our many storage and moving needs to her! As the owner of "In Good Hands - Certified Estate Sales" we deal with quite a few people who need storage and moving solutions, Life storage was the perfect place! They have boxes, sofa and bedcovers, hand trucks, supplies, all kinds of locks, and they even have an auction once a month! See you there!! Friendliest service and great advice.

Matthew and staff were very professional and knowledgeable about the units and supplies you had available for my use. My wife has an antique shop, which seems to always have a over flow of inventory. Your units give us the flexibility to rotate inventory and give our showrooms a fresh look. With the 10x20 unit I am able to stand steel shelving units against the walls and maximize space, with large pieces and furniture able to be stored on the floor, giving me easy access for in and out rotation. Just a footnote on the companys paperwork/invoice. Please upgrade the functionality of this very important tool for your staff and the customer/client. Receipt needs a new look with monthly breakdown, specifically related to Rent, tax on rent, discounts, ins, etc.

I recently rented storage unit #302 from Uncle Bobs. I was greeted with a smile and a very helpful person. Turns out she was the manager. Her name was Karen Murphy. She made my experience wonderful. My mom was moving out of an assisted living facility nearby and I had to store some things temporarily until I could move these things back to Tennessee where she was moving. I explained how much furniture and clothes I had and she told me the exact size unit that I would need. It was just the right size. I would rent from her and Uncle Bobs again. Very courteous and professional.

Im a nurse and Im constantly in the public dealing with people. And customer service and customer care are very important to me. And thats want I received when I walked in this morning to pay my storage unit bill. I was greeted by a kick-ass employee named Barb! Shes awesome and hope that shes there everytime I come in to pay. And plus she had a kick-ass Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles shirt on. I sooooo want that shirt lady!!! lol But seriously, she had an amazing attitude and thats what I like! Cheers!

I have used Uncle Bobs in the past however I moved once again from Ft. Myers to Belleair Bluffs, FL and was exhausted showing up to put my stuff in storage. Lisa was great to work with at the location in Largo. She shared my unit with me before I started moving good thing because it would have been too small. My experience using Uncle Bobs storage is second to none. This is my second time using your services. Yestetday, my home experienced a lightning strike followed by fire. House is a major loss and condemned, Fortunately my possessions were rescued by fire/rescue. Brandon from your Seminole location has been sypathetic and very helpful in my time crisis. Although Ive only known Karen Murphy a short time in my many yrs. with Uncle Bobs Storage, I find her to be a well learned person for Uncle Bobs Business. I was in business for 15 yrs. and had many employees. I know a good worker when I see one. Karen always has the right answers to my many questions. Karen really enjoys her job. You can tell by her friendly smile and personality. Karen deserves the score of 5.

Moving across states is such a stressful experience and Ive run into a lot of unhelpful people but both of these Uncle Bobs employees were understanding, knowledgeable, and so pleasant to work with!!
