Horrible, my first time ever renting a storage unit, the people were polite and really worked with me concerning payments etc, however I brought my belonging out and had bed bugs that cost me additional monies and they were really nonchalant and acted as though I was the only and the first, which I do not believe. I had insurance through them and am doing whatever is necessary to recover my loses.

It was fine I guess. Everything was done over the phone instead of in person which is different, but other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Its was a very easy process to rent a storage space. I really like storage express. They are clean and it has 24 hour access.
