I was charged for the entire month of October when I vacated on the 16th of September. Upon vacating I was told to just leave it open and someone will "check to see if its vacant" needless to say that sounded completely illogical and sketchy. Loathe and behold this didnt happen thus the change. I called in to let them know that I indeed did not rent with anymore and they even confirmed this. I was told I would be refunded my money in 5-10 business day. This too did not happen as it has been double the amount of time and I am STILL trying to get my money back and I will continue to do so. Ive called plenty of times yet still get the "we will leave a message and have them call you back" canned response and never hear from them. I advise that you find somewhere else to rent from unless you like poor customer service.

Simply self storage is an awful company. Their website is outdated, cheap, and is a huge chore to use. They require you to pay in person if you are late and charge me a late fee equal to 80% of my original dues. I loathe dealing with this company and its staff. DO NOT store here, its not worth the few dollars you save. Shopper beware. The price is low because the service is terrible and the late fees are astronomical. If your not on the ball 100% you will be very sorry for your decision. The staff are seniors and take all day to do anything. This place will waste large amounts of your time.

i fine that i love storing my vehicle here. i never have a problem that the manger at this facility caint help me to fine a solotion to my problem very helpfull .i recommended friends of mine to store there belongings here.manager paul is very experience in helping you fine the right accommodations to fit your needs better than the last guy i use to deal with bill glad he gone and so are a few folks that still rent here.and folks that i no that started back renting trucks that hated his attiude.

My items has been stored here for a little over 8 years when it was called Security Self Storage, which I was concerned if the quality of services would decline because of the change in management but to my surprise the service is still top notch. Its cleanliness, around the clock security monitoring and the most polite and professional staff that will go out their way to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied which is a plus for me to continue doing service with them.

I have never used a storage facility before and I was hesitant but Uncle Bobs staff was so accommodating, professional and polite I highly recommend them. The units are clean, they have climate controlled units and great security with live telephone support. I work out of town and they stayed open late so I could get in and rent a unit. I dont know of anywhere else that would do something like that.

I would not recommend Uncle Bobs self storage. The customer service is awful, they do not answer the phone during open hours and do not return calls. The access is inconvenient. And the property is unkept. I was with this storage unit for several years before it was bought out by Uncle Bob and never had a problem until new management. My business will never rent a unit from Uncle Bobs again.

I cant say anything but amazing things about the workers at Simply Self Storage. As indecisive as I was, Mrs. Stacey was willing to work with me and even was able to get me into a unit same day!!! If you are looking to work with professional and friendly individuals this is the place for you!!!

Uncle Bobs staff is always accommodating, professional, polite and go beyond the call of duty. I most definitely would recommend them for their top level management of storage space. The units are clean and immaculate, with excellent climate controlled units, security and telephone support.

Staff overcharges and lie about putting a tag or another lock on my storage never did but was about to make me pay for another lock and i had to wait to retrieve my things but when i got to my unit my original lock was on there smh never again will i store n e thing at this place they suck
