Cheryl, the manager, was very super friendly. I applied online for a storage unit for my car and I was greeted by phone, she left a very nice concise yet informative voicemail message. I arrived and she provided some of the best customer service Ive had in a long time. She went over everything there was to know about the rental agreement and it was very easy to understand. We took a golf cart ride to the unit I was renting and completed the inspection. And we made sure that my gate code worked. Thanks Cheryl for making my sign-up for the storage unit the best!

I came in yesterday with some questions about storing prices etc because this is my first time moving and had no clue how this workes....Matthew took his time and calmed we down and assured me they will take care of it all and all will be well.I will be making my reservation in about a week cause the move is in bout ten days.I hope he is there when i come back!! He was so patient and and truely seemed to care!

I just picked up two units, one private and one for my side company. Matthew helped me get signed up and I cannot believe how easy and seamless it was to get the units. Matthew was knowledgeable, kind, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place for price, customer service, and location.

Matthew was kind and very welcoming. We had been to several other places and didnt feel like they cared if we rented from their location. Matthew took his time and showed us the unit (even though it was freezing outside:) We feel very comfortable leaving out belongings with someone like him!

Very clean property, nice size units, secure. Teresa was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Also easy to get in and out of and moving around with a large trailer or truck is no problem.
