I have observed, on serveral occasions, Jessica, the property manager cleaning the property. She is always helpful and as a business owner, I know the value of an outstanding employee; this young lady will be or should be moving up in the organization. Or, she will be offered an opportunity for advancement in other organizations. David, the District Manager went out of his way to assist me when my code stopped working. It was very late and he responded and took care of the problem. Not only that but he called me back to insure his solution worked and to make certain he had resolved my problem. If I could make one suggesion, it would be to fix the phone system. I hate the time it takes to muddle through the phone system. There needs to be a prompt that says"if you need to speak to a representative, hit 0." The phone system is extremely poor and each time I called I had to endure the same phone prompts. I knew I needed to speak with a representative, but --- hitting 0 only produced the usual not a valid entry. FIX YOUR PHONE ANSWERING PROCESS! That would be my only complaint once you reach a person they are both knowledgeable and helpful. I would have docked them a star for this issue except for the property manager and district manager --- they keep my review at five stars!

The $1 move in special cost me over $55 moving in on the 28th of the month. Before o even got home, I received an email stating I owed another $14.97 for the rest of the month. Nora who generally deals with the customers and I believe is now the manager, is rude. And even went so far as to tell someone who was paying part of my storage fee as a good deed, that if my balance wasnt paid by the 7th, she would add a late fee. There was no need to do that and it violates the fdca to reveal such things. I would strongly suggest if your looking for storage, find a friendlier place with better customer service.

The customer service I received from Cathy was excellent. My husband and I had just spent nearly an hour at another storage facility - we left without obtaining a space. Cathy was very helpful, and had us signed up in no time - we had unloaded into our storage space and were on our way home within about 30 minutes. The grounds, office and our space were clean and well presented. I absolutely love having the holidays decorations out of my attic and garage, and organized in one location. Thanks!

My girlfriend and I rented a space here recently. The price is a little high but the staff is friendly. Note: They are definitely by the book here. I tried to get in my girlfriends space but forgot the gate code. I had to show them ID to get in the place even though I had the key to the lock. Kind of a long process to just get out a few boxes but if they are that tough on me, I am sure they are tough on everyone so I know my stuff is safe. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Our business venture requires the need of renting multiple units throughout the tri-county area. I can honestly say that the Seminole location is one of the best facilities you will ever find! Jessica is fabulous to work with and maintains a very clean and well run facility. If youre ever in need of storage in the Seminole area then please stop in, take a tour of the facility, and meet Jessica. You will be as impressed as I am...I promise!

I am moving to Largo In January & stopped In Public Storage on 6820 Seminole to look @ Units. . I spoke to Vicky she went over & above to explain to me about the units . The units are very clean & secure. I will come back thanks to Vicky , she is great !!! Ill tell anyone looking for storage this is the place to go I am "Old School" & still believe in service with a smile . Thank-you Vicky

We called the corporate office to get information about the most convenient location to us. This property had one space left so we held it. We received a follow up call to schedule an appointment. When we went to register Rachael did a fantastic job of helping us as well as helping the clients that were in there before us. Rachael was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

I liked the size of the two storage units I obtained, and they worked perfect for my storage needs. Your staff were extremely professional any polite, and enjoyed talking with me, as well as others who came into the office. The area was always kept clean, and your staff was there ready to help. Im glad I went to this Storage facility, and found it to be the perfect choice.

Arrived after driving from new Jersey and was able to get the space I needed quickly. The Agent Vicki took all the time to explain all options and walk me thoroughly thru the paperwork. At that point we went to the storage space and was able to get completely unloaded and on my way. I am very confident that all my items will be safe and secure. Thank you Vicki.

Service was awful. Absolute worst experience with a storage unit Ive ever had. There are too many good storage units in the area to be treated that bad. Also very pricey, could have found bigger and cheaper. I will never use Public Storage again and I suggest you look elsewhere. I generally dont take time to complain but this just a horrible expierence

My sister and I needed a space immediately and this property was very close so we decided to check it out. When we went in we were greeted immediately by Tammy. She was fast, friendly, and very professional. The prices were reasonable and I feel very safe and secure. I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Steve at Public Storage is awesome! I went there to get a unit during some tough circumstances, and he made the experience so much better than I would have ever expected. Hes a wonderful guy and a bit of a counselor if you need that too... lol. I would recommend Steve and this facility to anyone!

Normally, moving is a hassle but this location for storing your stuff for a couple months is fantastic....its clean, very well organized and Steve is great. His advise and help, made our move a lot easier. To who ever reads this, I can highly recommend this company and especially this location.

I came into the property on seminal boulevard spoke with Vicki. She showed me units and told me everything I needed to know to make my move go smoothly as possible. Im not ready to move yet but when I am I will definitely choose this store. The facility is clean and secure.
