I have had a terrible experience at this establishment. My review is not from a place of anger but a warning. This place is infested with rats. I have had to throw away a couple thousand dollars of my stuff not only because it was chewed up but because there are so many of them I had to throw stuff away because of rat urine saturating my stuff. The ceilings in the units are nothing more than insulation covered with stretched white plastic. I hate writing such a poor review but people need to be aware so not go thru the heart ache that I have.

I have been a tenant here on and off for years. Sue and Linda in the office have always been nice and helpful. I brought to their attention a problem and they bent over backwards to help solve it. I will always recommend friends and relatives here. My son just rented a unit from Sue today and couldnt believe how helpful she was.

The units may have a mouse problem. I personally found droppings in my unit. Plus the price is getting hot high. Time to find a new storage unit.
