Its RARE to find the level of customer service and personal customer care as you will find with this UHaul dealer. Ted and his son, Randy are genuine all the way. I have lived all over the US and have used UHaul on many occasions, but would drive 50 miles to do business with this particular dealer!! I felt as if I was a long distant relative by the time I drove away - across country with my car towed behind the truck Id rented. I had to adjust my contract 2-3 times and they were very helpful and willing to work with my schedule and requests. I am a single woman~ so, ladies, especially - Ted and Randy are like the King and Prince of the way business should be done...and in their case, EXCELLENT - beyond a 5 STAR RATING - is the best way to describe who they are and what they do. . I marveled just watching them as I waited in line in their office... they treated all of their customers as if they are long lost relatives who have just dropped in for a family reunion. I promise. If I could rate lower I would. I paid my monthly bill on 7-22 and moved my possessions out of the unit on 7-29. I never confirmed that I had moved out. Management took it upon themselves to close out my account and not pro rate the unit. I was told that they are free to rent it out and that it was no longer my unit even though I never spoke with anyone confirming on me moving out. Management cared nothing about customer service and cared less on getting a bad review.

I rarely take time to write reviews, but I wanted to do so for Rachel and her team. Every interaction I had with them, whether it was on the phone or on site, they were always professional and courtesy no matter what the situation. The facitly was clean and well maintained and their rates were very fair. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to store your belongings or if you are in need of a cargo vehicle to transport them.

The first truck we got in had no a/c. Had to ask for another. It had 181,000 miles! Hard miles. Gas guage did not work and fluctuated 1/4 tank. Had to go back out and buy 5 more gallons, then it showed over full. After all that, they tried to charge me for a dolly I didnt use. There are too many u-hauls around to suffer with this one.

The woman who answered the phone must have been having a bad day. Robotic and cold when I asked for a simple vehicle . Have rented many times and never received such rude behavior. When I asked her to be more civil she put me on hold and did not come back. Never will go there again.

Great U-haul location. Friendly, helpful staff. Well maintained facility inside and out. Great competitive pricing on storage units. Truck and trailer rentals. Hitch installment and much more. Stop in it will be worth the visit.

The grounds and building are not maintained well. They do usually have everything you would need for moving or storage.
