A month ago I made a reservation to pick up a 26 foot truck at this location, only to find out the truck wasnt there and they had no other truck available. The owner, Luis, was very disrespectful to my sister and was NOT helpful finding us another truck. Weve rented from this location many times before, but this time was the last straw! She broke down in TEARS in front of everyone! And now, we have to find a last minute truck for a family of 4! This is a long distance move!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

Drop the trailer off first thing in the morning. Guy disappeared for 30 minutes and i had things to do with my life. Now they are trying to charge me 200 bucks for god knows what. They should have thought of that before wasting my time.

very inefficient. Waited in line almost an hour to pick up a truck and was told the reservation was almost cancelled "because we were late". Four people in front on us, people working were very slow and seemed to not care.
