My cube wasnt delivered on time in Miami for me to pack it. I called because there was no communication from them saying it was delivered. They told me they didnt know the date had changed. They said they didnt get the information from the head quarters. Bobby was very nice and got a cube to me within the hour. After I had packed it up and scheduled for it to be picked up on Nov 1, I also called the local location in Miami again. I asked to speak with Bobby because he was very nice and helpful. He wasnt in at the time, the gentleman Mike said but asked what I was calling about. I asked to confirm they had got my reservation for the cube to be picked up on Nov 1st. He said "Im sure they did". He was short and rude with me and before I could say thank you he had hung up. I get a call from the apartment complex on Nov 1st saying my cube is still there at 6 P.M. I called the upack in Miami again. Bobby was gone for the day and I explain to the man that I spoke with Mike yesterday and they confirmed my cube pick up. The man says Im Mike and I never spoke with you. I said, yes we spoke yesterday and he said no. He said he cant do magic to have them pick up the cube tonight. And kept repeating I cant do magic. He explained to me the driver ran out of hours. So I asked if they could pick it up Nov 2nd. He said he cant make any promises because the driver will be coming from the keys. I was very frustrated with the gentleman Mike and his attitude towards me. I just wanted communication. If you couldnt pick it up on Tuesday. Let me know. Its better to hear it from the company than the apartment complex asking you why the cube with all youre belongings hasnt been picked up when you thought it was. On the 2nd I get a call from the driver saying he will be there in 45 mins. I call the apartment complex to inform them the driver is on the way. That was a relief. When it arrived in raleigh it was clear communication. They called me to let me know the cube had arrived in Raleigh and it will be delivered the next day. The driver called to tell me the ETA so I could be home. A few days passed and they gave a courtesy call to see if the empty cube was ready for pick up. I told they they cold get it on Friday. They picked it up. The driver and the gentleman the driver was training were very pleasant and personable! In the future please have clear and open communication. Very pleased with the Raleigh operation that is why I gave 3 stars. Bobby was good as well. Magic Mike can disappear himself...

Truly one of the best companies Ive ever dealt with. First the price of the move compared to PODS and 800-PACK-RAT, both comparable you pack and unpack was significant for a move from South Florida to Atlanta area. PODS was $5,000 for 1600 +/- square feet, 800-PACK-RAT was $3,200 for the same. UPACK was ,$1,819. I was originally quoted for 2,500 for a 35 cubic feet move (1 full trailer and 7 cubic feet (linear) for the second trailer, if needed! Since i didnt need it the price ended up at $ 1,819!!! The customer service was tops, from the 3 times I called the 800 number to arranging drop offs and pick ups. I want to buy their stock! My only concern is are they charging enough to make enough of a profit. Shop around and you will end up with them. Beware of the moving companies that estimate your load, via piece and estimated weight, then later charge by actual weight alone. I didnt go that way but read reviews that confirmed my gut feeling on estimates.

We are completely satisfied with U-Pack moving service. We moved our household from Florida to New York in two stages. We picked the trailer option because the price was very good and especially because it allowed us the flexibility of using as much space as needed when we loaded the truck. In both cases we exceeded our estimate of needed space and was no problem. Similarly, they were flexible enough on the delivery date to match the availability of our helpers to unload the truck. The sales, customer service and delivery staff were all first class and made the moving experience as easy as possible. We recommend U-Pack without hesitation.

I was very pleased with U-Pack. They have competitive prices, they delivered the cube at the point of origin exactly when they said they would, and the final delivery of my items happened even before their estimated date, which for a move from Florida to Illinois was super fast and efficient. All my items arrived in good shape, and picking things up at their facility was easy. I was particularly impressed with how helpful and professional their customer service staff was. I would definitely recommend U-Pack to my friends or whoever needs to move furniture, etc. from a state to another.

Absolutely fantastic. Was informed of tracking and where and when the delivery of the trailer was going to happen. Whether it was empty or full revived a call and text with info of what was happening. Dealt with 4 different drivers during drop off, pickup and delivery and they were very nice and informative. Saved a ton of money compared to other van lines. Yes, you have to load it yourself but it is worth it. For delivery at the out of state location I used movingstaffers which works with Upack to get the help you need to unload. Couldnt be happier with Upack. Excellent.

I highly recommend U-Pack. The pod was delivered and picked up on time and the U-Pack staff were very accommodating on making special arrangements on the receiving end. During the whole moving process, U-Pack staff were very communicative about confirming the move and asking if they could be of any additional assistance. I could not ask for better service!

This is a fantastic option for people moving long distance on a budget! It is also a much shorter wait time to get access to your belongings, unlike the portable storage unit options out there, 2-4 days instead of weeks! Everyone at the local branch was lovely to deal with as well! Thank you so much!
