NEVER use this company!!! We used them to move some of our stuff from Pittsburgh to our Virginia farm house. Short story they lost 10 of our containers which we will never see again that contained very expensive stuff. When unloading they kept trying to give us other peoples boxes and we had to tell them it wasnt ours, they left someone elses desktop computer with us and we had to call constantly to get someone to pick it up which took them 3 weeks!!! They did not chase it, if we didnt call them over 5 times I doubt they would have got it. They couldnt make it up our gravel road drive with the big truck to had to go to Uhaul to rent a smaller one and left some of our stuff there when moving it across! We had to persist they go back and get it and they wouldnt let us check if anything else was left there. Worst experience with a mover ever!!! And we paid over 3k for it. It has been 3 months and we still dont have our lost stuff and no one has bothered to contact us further about it despite us chasing them for it. Now we have to replace stuff that will cost more than the move and we didnt even get a discount or money back for all this. If you never want to see your stuff again, use this company!

Recently we moved from Pittsburgh, PA to Florida and everything the carrier did including the Pre-Moving planning, one page estimate, and the moving day coordination was excellent. A minor communication issue came up on the moving day because our landline phone was down and we could not retrieve any voicemails; however, we cannot hold the moving company responsible for that. At the destination, everything went very smooth, unloading, re-assembly of the beds and dining table was to our satisfactory. I would have given them five stars but it took them longer than I had expected to load in Pittsburgh and again that could be partly attributed to the public elevator in the rental place in Pittsburgh. The driver and his helper in Pittsburgh did an excellent job in handling our furniture and boxes. I would recommend the company very strongly and I would make sure that the communication channels are planned better.

5 days late past the one week "window" broken items, boxes marked fragile looking like they went through a rugby match, missing items. The original bill was 7 grand but by the time I replace and repair it will be easily 11 grand. To top off my wonderful experience with these useless jackwagons some corporate moron sent me an email that was meant for someone else and had their personal info in it talking about all their broken items. Save yourself money and frustration and use someone else.

This was absolutely the WORST experience I have had in 26 years of military moves. the company failed to deliver on the approved dates and the failed to delivery on two additional dates. all I get are excuses and voice mail. save yourself a major headache. FIND A MORE PROFESSIONAL CARRIER

I used to work for the company back in a summer between college semesters. I was pretty surprised at the low quality equipment they owned and the lack or care or concern some of the movers and helpers had for the customers possessions. I would never hire them to touch my stuff.

I was very impressed with the professional and kind movers who loaded my household possessions for a cross-country move. They helped me get through a very stressful day. My items all arrived in good shape, nothing damaged, including my piano.
