Overall this was a great experience. Staff was professional and on time. Only drawback was the wait for final delivery to my new residence. Moved in the 15th, didnt get my POD till the 22nd . Pods are transported to your new location immediately but the delivery from that warehouse can be delayed.

Would never use they canceled my order because they could not deliver on the day needed I went with a competitor they tried to charge a cancellation fee because they could not make it what a scam Customer service is the worst rude dont listen terrible

I have used PODS in two moves. Both times I was satisfied with the service. The great thing about PODS is you can load and unpack yourself, you dont have to depend on movers schedules.

Good luck trying to get ahold of the people who work in this office. I called at least ten times a day for the past 2 days trying to reschedule my POD delivery and no one answers.
