The owner threatened to sue me if I wrote an honest review. Why am I not scared? Because "honestly," this is the worst experience Ive ever had with a business owner. AND after reaching a compromise to pay me for damages in return for my promise not to review Weston Moving and Storage, AKA Weston Movers AKA Secure Moving and Storage, HE DIDNT EVEN FOLLOW THROUGH! Come on, were talking about $50. Heres what happened: I booked 4 movers for first appointment (8:00 am) on a Friday morning. Called the night before to say the crew would be about an hour late. 3 movers show up 2 1/2 hours late with no moving pads, containers, etc. took them all day cutting very close to condo end of day deadline. Damaged three pieces of furniture. Offered minimal (and I mean MINIMAL) reduction in hourly quoted price for sending unprepared crew 2 1/2 hours late, 1 man short. Then the fun began. Spoke to owner Brian McGary who showed off his unique style of customer service: 1. Act defensive 2. Argue with customer 3. Insult customer 4. Blame customer 5. Do not respond to calls or email until threatened with bad reviews 6. Argue some more, reach small $ settlement (it was the principle!) 7. Never send the check. My recco - STAY AWAY!

When mover moved out desk they dragged it along white carpet and got a line of pain all over the carpet. They messed up the desk and carpet. movers came, I told them that the desk is very heavy and they said that are fine. They dragged the 5k desk on our new carpet and left a paint line from the desk being dragged. they also dinged up the walls and screeched the desk. I ask the guy moving us what we should do and he said someone will call us tomorrow ( monday) no calls. I call them 17 time that mth and not a call back. finial we got the carpet clean. I also called again an got someone who said we could of cleaned the carpet cheaper.. well after 30 day i got it done myself. I ask for the to pay showing proof of how much we paid and they never got back to me. I am not taking them to small clams. STAY AWAY. We moved in Jan and it May... stay away.

Miami is a beautiful city and I could not imagine ever leaving it. We decided to buy this new property near the beach and my wife and I were so happy. At first we just tried moving by ourselves packing one box at a time but having lived in our old home for almost 20 years there was just too much stuff to pack. Luckily, we found Weston Moving and Storage and they made everything look effortless and easy. We were in our new home near the beach within a few days. I am completely satisfied with the job they did and more than all I am satisfied with the customer service, understanding and great communication with the office people. I will used this company again if required.

Broken furniture, lost hardware to assembly the beds, scratches in art frames, horrible packing, did not deliver what they committed. La experiencia de mudarse es dificil pero esta compañía la hace peor. Servicio pésimo. No lo recomiendo.

This was my third times. Every time they called before their arrival and those were very helpful for me. Last time it was a long distance move. As their previous services were outstanding, I could only trust them. My Wife has keen interest on antique furniture. The movers took especial care on those items. They protected with Blanket and plastic wherever necessary. After the delivery, they even helped me for careful maneuvering of some heavy stuff. I would absolutely hire them again.

I would give Weston Moving 10 stars if I could!!! The staff is fantastic. My brother has been using their service for years and recommended them for our move. They were just amazing and did a great job arranging the move and coordinating with the storage facilities. Not only that, the crew was extremely polite and very thorough with their job. They were attentive to very detail and made sure that the situation is less stressful for us. Highly recommend them.

I highly recommend using this company! The movers were very professional and worked well with me on getting my apartment moved safely. They are extremely careful when loading and unloading. I was so glad my TV survived this experience, as last time I moved (a different moving company) I had to buy a new TV after the experience. My service was very satisfying to say the least.

Start of the move was on-time and the crew worked really hard and efficiently to pack in everything from our old big house and unload into a new house. The movers did a great job wrapping up all my furniture and making sure that nothing was over-stacked or loose during the move. They took the additional effort to disassemble and then reassemble larger pieces of furniture and to make sure everything was properly placed in my new apartment before leaving.Would use them again and recommend everyone to try them.

Ive used Weston Moving and Storage several times. They are amazing. They are always on-time, usually early and move incredibly fast. Any messages I leave, whether by phone or email are answered promptly.Everything went smoothly. Packed fragile items with care. Have 2 Antique Mirrors and have no damage to the gilded Gold frames. Very professional movers.

What a great experience this time around was! The movers were on time, friendly and very professional! My belongings were wrapped with care so that I had no worries what so ever--that has never happened before! Moving can be so traumatic but not this time! I will call Weston Moving and Storage the next time I move and after that as well!
