Heres how awesome they are. I have their driver urinating on my driveway. Once he realized he was on camera he tried tampering with my cameras. Keep watching for more pictures of where they damaged my new house. My reviews keep getting deleted. This was such a big deal to them that their VP of Customer service contacted me. They were originally very nice and even sent my kids gifts to keep me quiet. They even wanted me to sign some legal document saying I wouldnt post these pictures. Once I got to my new house, they damaged my home. Their customer service person advised shed follow up with me the following week but I had to chase them around. So since theyre not doing the right thing Ill expose them. Im tired of the constant battle with PODS. They did the right thing the first time but now its a constant battle. Ill keep my damaged gutter for now since you wont handle it. Instead, Ill tell everyone about this nightmare of an experience I had.

Worst experience ever!! Driver who dropped off container was completely inexperienced. Then they hit my new neighbors gutter. Then they promised same day pick up as HOA doesnt allow overnight parking of pod in street. They charged me $100.00 and never showed up!! After 2 1/2 hours on the phone with them it got me nowhere!! Now I have to play their customer service game again to get a refund!! Got an attitude from driver when he called and stated he was 5 minutes away when I requested a half hour heads up. Customer service was no help at all!! Never again!! Id rather put my stuff in a storage unit any day!! Complete failure!! Id give it negative stars if I could!!

Worst experience and franchise location. I will never do business with Pods again after spending 10s of thousands. They do not go out of their way to make things right and the customer service is ATROCIOUS. BUYER BEWARE! They will suck you dry and misrespent any charges and times they promise. Go to ANY local movers before them.

We used two of the largest pods to move from Nashville, TN to Pompano Beach, FL. We scheduled different delivery dates, changed dates a couple of times and PODs Moving and Storage were very professional and courteous every time. Thank you for making our move smoother!

Im sure the service is great, Ive used pods in the past, but whoever was driving the pods truck on the turnpike this morning heading south with plates B64 94u, needs to lose his license. Huge liability for both pods and anyone around him on the road.
