I’ve been taking my 3 vehicles (2 Cadillac’s & Viper) & in for maintenance & repairs to the Village Lake Circle store shortly after they opened, which has been almost 2 years. The owners, John & Cami Mourao, as well as their knowledgeable staff Scott, Rusty, Jim & Barbie have always been extremely courteous and willing to assist me in any way they can to get my vehicles back on the road as quickly and cost effective as possible. They have performed many routine jobs as well as some very difficult ones. On a recent visit with my Cadillac Escalade I had my air conditioner go out and had to have it repaired in Texas. The company I took it to replaced the condenser, blower motor and various other relevant smaller items; however, they didn’t replace the evaporator & receiver dryer claiming they were fused / corroded together and both would have to be replaced for an additional $1,000. They charged me almost $2,000 to do the work, not including the evaporator & receiver dryer. Luckily they have a nationwide warranty as within 5 months the new compressor failed. I took the Escalade to Auto Spot who replaced the condenser, which was under warranty. Jon their technician was able to separate the evaporator from the receiver dryer. Then he cleaned them and re-installed, which saved me almost $700. Thus, a $1,400 estimated job turned into a $700 bill. This scenario is the difference between a professional technician and your average repairman. I was very surprised and happy needless to say. Having an auto repair facility that’s honest, trustworthy and courteous is a breath of fresh air in these days and times, especially if you’ve been watching TV showing all the rip-offs and shoddy work being performed. Even if you’re not close to either one of their facilities I highly suggest you drive the extra miles...it’s worth the time.

I had my car towed due to an overheating condition to Auto Spot Tire Pros. I spoke with Wayne Grega prior to having the vehicle towed. It was around 3:00 on a Thursday and he said to bring it in and someone would take a look at it. I arrived at approx. 4:00. They looked at the car and said it could be as serious as a blown head gasket. Wayne suggested leaving the car overnight so he could run some additional diagnostics. I told him I was from out of town. Keep in mind that although they close at 6:00, Wayne and his staff stayed until close to 7:00 helping work through the issue. Wayne hooked me up at the Hampton Inn right next door. He also loaned me a phone charger overnight. I came in the next day and Wayne informed me of good news. The additional diagnostics showed that if was not a head gasket issue. He said it could be a few other things (thermostat, bad fan, and radiater cap). Those items cost significantly less than a head gasket replacement. He said it would take some time to get it done. My wife drove up from Palm Bay (2.5 hours away) due to some testing that I had to have performed in Jacksonville. We booked an additional night at the hotel. On Saturday morning, we picked the car up and drove away. There was a new sound coming from the engine so I turned around and went back to Auto Spot Tire Pros. Wayne immediately put the car up on the rack and had his tech diagnose the issue. It turned out to be a non issue after all. Wayne and his staff were very professional throughout the entire experience. They could have taken an out of towner for a lot of money but ended up with a very reasonable charge. If I ever have any car issues in Jacksonville ever again, I will be sure to visit Auto Spot Tire Pros again.

2. My second visit to Auto Spot Tire Pros #KeithSolesstrikesagain!!! was also exceptional, these guys dont slack off and keep that premiere customer service coming at you! They strive to earn your trust and your business, I appreciate their honesty and integrity. So my wifes vehicle had been in an auto accident :( shortly after I Just had my truck serviced there & Keith Soles & the awesome people there; got my wifes car running like a champ again :) I love how the great people at auto spot tire pros catch the little things and tell you "hey this could be done or we see this, etc and we can take care of this now or til a certain time" They really are on top of it and are so knowledgeable #mastersoftheirtrade. My experience was great, Keith Soles was the guy to go to; extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide various options for what I was looking for and was very accommodating. Like the pro golfers, These Guys are Good. Auto Pros that is. I had a recurring problem with electrical shorts in the trunk latch of an 04 German import. The dealer had addressed the issue twice to no avail. When it happened a third time Auto Spot was near-by. When the new trunk latch still didnt fix the overall electrical problem, Auto Spot Owner/Technician John Mourao thoroughly trouble-shooted the issue and discovered extensive faulty wiring. Thanks to Johns efforts I went back to the dealer and showed them what John had discovered. The dealer (to its credit) rewired, repaired, and soldered properly to correct the faults. All at NO charge for what would have been a nearly $400 bill. Kudos to the Auto Spot Pros Plus Auto Spot pricing is good on a wide selection of Goodyear and other tires and oil changes. Service Advisors Rusty Davis and Wayne know there stuff and will find you brand rebates when available. They also possess genuine customer service attributes. Auto Spot is conveniently located off I95/St. Augustine Rd West of Baptist South. My experience with Auto Spot has always been great. Both my husband and I have taken various cars there over the years, and they are always honest about what needs to be done. I have never felt like I was coerced into getting something done, and the prices paid for service were always fair. The experience I had yesterday (1/2/17) with JR was exceptional. I had taken my car to the dealership for its 20K mile service and got a call from them about two hours later saying my car needed two front tires and an alignment. I asked the service advisor for a quote and then about fell out of my chair when she gave it to me. I told her I had to call her back (partly because I was still digesting the price and partly because I wanted to get another quote), and then I called Auto Spot. JR gave me a quote that was half of that from the dealership AND said they could do the work that afternoon. I promptly picked my car up from the dealership and delivered it to JR for the work to be done at Auto Spot. The work was done just as they said it would be and was completed prior to the promised time. I highly recommend using Auto Spot Tire Pros for all your car care needs!
