I have told everyone I know about Tires Plus, the biggest scam in Bartram Park. This Tires Plus has attempted to scam me, and 2 of my friends. All of us came in for a simple tire replacement, and the sales people and mechanics have lied to all 3 of us citing different "critical" things that MUST be replaced. They claimed my cars rear shocks were leaking and "shot". $1,100 to replace (my car is a year old and shocks do not need to be replaced according to my dealer). My friend (also just getting tires) was told his brake pads were completely worn down and had to be replaced immediately (he just had a complete brake service done by his dealer a week prior). While I was waiting to pick up my car (funny how 2 tires took them 5 hours), I overheard a female customer on the phone applying for a loan through her bank to cover the extra cost of a service she did not expect to have to be performed on her car (I assumed they actually successfully scammed this poor woman). I can only imagine how many others they have scammed! I imagine my mother going to a place like this and being duped and scared into a service she did not need. Money she would have spent on her grandchild, would have been squandered by this horrible shady business. As far as me and my 2 friends are concerned, this place of business is a scam and the people I dealt with are complete liars. Im contemplating contacting the Better Business Bureau and possible the local news. People should know about this and this practice should be shut down. Im not sure if the issue is with the Management team or the Owners. Either way, I (and you should too) can assume any positive reviews of this place are fake and I will continue to tell everyone I know about this place. Im a legit customer and I will re-post this review if it is ever taken down.

Stay away from this place. I came in with a nail in my tire. I bought a replacement tire and they said they found another nail and patched it up. I continued to have air pressure warning. I went in for oil change and told them I was still having tire issues. They said they found yet another nail and they patched that one also. I continued to have air pressure warning. I brought my car back yet again. This time they say it was an unrepairable hole. I asked if this was one of the tires they patched up. They said they only had record of one tire being fixed. I reminded them that I was there twice prior and both times they said that they patched different tires. I insisted on asking what tires had been fixed. Manager would not tell me and he was the one that gave me the nail from the 2nd patch job. Basically, in a matter of weeks I was at this store for the 3rd time for the same issue. The manager was dishonest and argumentative. He knew he told me twice that tires were patched. when I returned with same issue, the 2nd patch job did not exist in their system and now they tell me I need to replace a tire. No nail in tire, just a hole. Did they remove the nail, give it to me, and not patch it up? Did they patch it up and it didnt hold, and now tell me I have to buy another tire on my 3rd visit to resolve the problem? Nobody needs to get this run around. The manager clearly hates his job and his life. There is another tire service shop within eyesight of this place. Do yourself a favor and go there. They will treat you a lot better and fairly. They took care of me and earned my loyalty. I will be throwing my Tiresplus credit card away.

There is a previous review that is exactly the same as mine. Do not bother with this location: This location is either managed by scam artists or they allow their employees to treat the customers in a very seedy fashion. I took my wifes car in to get a nail removed and tire plugged. Asked what year the car was (I couldnt remember) told them it was a 2012. Fast forward to 1.5 hours later and I walk down the bays to see what is taking so long. The car is up on the rack, hood open and no sign of tire work having been done. Ask an employee why the hood is up. Answer: We do complimentary inspections on all cars. Me: Dont want that, just fix the tire. Answer: Your tires are so dry rotted, I cant even get it off the rim. Ive been beating it with a shovel(?) with no success. Youll have to replace the tire. Me: Tires are not that old. Purchased tires at Costco not that long ago. Answer: They are the original tires, purchased in 2012 (hmmm...same date as I made up earlier) Me: Get the car off the rack and thanks for wasting my time Took the car later in the week to Discount Tires on Philips and Baymeadows. This is the place you should be and not giving any business to these shysters. Discount Tire employee walked out to the car with me, examined each tire carefully, measured tread depth and explained that the dry rot is superficial and they repaired and rotated the tires for free. I had the tires balanced just so I could pay them something for their time. TL;DR - Tires Plus - No! Discount Tires - YES!

Constantly trying to up sell around every corner. Seemed to have very limited inventory and when I asked about a specific tire they didnt have I was told it was on a "national back order" , after further research the tire was available at multiple locations in Jacksonville. I was also told I needed a new battery, I took my vehicle to the dealership for a battery test and was told my battery is just fine and it was just another attempt to up sell. The final straw was when I was driving home after putting brand new tires on and my check tires light came on. I checked the pressure and attempted to reset the light multiple times and no luck. I took the car back and they seemed to show very little concern and told me it would go off on its own (even though it wont on my model of car). The next day I took it to the location off of Atlantic and they corrected the issue. (Atlantic also had the tires I was told were on "national backorder") I highly recommend using a different location or different company all together.

Went in a hurry for my daughters soccer tourney in Melbourne & needed both back tires replaced. Guy at the front desk was in no hurry or empathic to my situation..3 open lanes with no cars being worked on & he tells me 3hrs before my tires can be put on?!! Do you have tires in stock? Yes. Why 3 hrs? Thats how long it takes! Well I drove across the parking lot to Tire Pros & will be leaving in less than an hr. Plus the front desk employee was emphatic to my situation. Needs to give a customer service lesson to the folks over at Tires Plus. I will be letting everyone know to stay away from Tires Plus on Bartram Park Blvd.

I towed in a car with locked ignition cylinder. The manager tried to drive up the amount of repairs by saying he also must replace ignition switch. And the total would be $1000, please :(... I knew it was highly unlikely that both cylinder was locked and ignition switch failed at the same time. I had to tow my car again. There was nothing wrong with the switch and I got the cylinder drilled out and replaced for half the quote of Tire Plus Bartram Park. They are either very incompetent or most likely are trying to milk every penny they can out of you. If you must use Tire Plus go to one on San Jose Blvd.
