This is a tiny shop that you will drive right by if you dont know its there. Its behind a Chevron station right off Exit 68 on I-4 in Orlando. Ive had two main experiences at this shop, and they were both excellent. The first was in 2011-2012 when I lived in Orlando. My little GMC truck broke down and I had to replace the engine. They did the job in about 5 days and even though I went back multiple times because I was paranoid about every little noise my truck made they never expressed any signs of frustration or annoyance. Even when they recommended certain services they would note that it wasnt critical, but that it would help make my ride smoother and other things like that. The second experience was in May of 2017 when my sisters car started shuddering whenever it was slowing to a stop. We were in town for a couple days going to Disney and her car started acting up just as we were about to drive back home, so my instinct was to take it here. It was like nothing changed. I recognized most of the staff, and the owner was just as friendly. They looked at the car, figured out the problem (bad ignition coil) in no time, and had us out of there in a couple hours at a VERY fair price. I cant recommend this place enough. Whether youre a long time resident of Orlando, or find yourself stranded at the theme parks, this is the place to go.

Less than satisfied with the sense of urgency this shop showed towards my repair. Broke down on Thursday and made it to the shop by 3:30. At 5:30 they were telling me they didnt have the part and would have to call around the next day to find it. Was told I would know something by 9:30, at 10:00 I was calling and got no answer. Received a call at 10:30 saying they found the part and it would be at the shop by 12:30 then the job would take 2 hours. So I sat in the hotel until almost 3 oclock before I walked over to the shop to check on my truck. Was informed the part hadnt arrived yet. As Im standing there I ask about when they expect it and am told its there. Its now been 1 hour and theres still no progress on my truck. The tech is more interested in his phone than working on my truck. The rest are "busy" but theyre all inside where the fan is. Ive now been stuck in Orlando for 25 hours and nobody seems to care. This is ridiculous and I wouldnt bring my vehicle back here ever again. Id rather sleep in it on the side of the road.

My repair was done the 3rd week of June 2015. We just drove down from Armada Michigan for a little R&R and my silver 2004 Ford Expedition with 128k developed a stress crack on the alternator casting and the air conditioning was dying. Bill consulted with me, went over some different options and provided me a quote. I left my Ford with him and 3 days later picked her up. I was shocked and delighted to find out the bill was $100.00 less then the original estimate, usually its the other way around. Fast forward 7 months to today and I am very pleased with the repairs and what a nice treat knowing it was fixed right the 1st time and no problems since. I highly recommend 535 autocare!! Keep up the great work wish you were here in Michigan I got 2 work vans that need an honest reputable facility like yours to help keep them on the road.

I drive down to Florida from Minnesota every year in January. I work seasonally at Disney World. Right before I arrived this year, my car started making a clunking noise. I took it to 535 Auto Care and I was not disappointed. I was quickly taken care of and my issue was fixed. Bill is the owner and he is super nice and helpful. He will not try to upsell you anything or charge extra for a service not needed. Damien was at the front desk and made me feel comfortable and was happy to answer any questions I had and made me feel at ease with any extra concerns. I returned in April to get an oil change and would definitely return if needed when I am in the Orlando area. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to this mechanic foe a year now, it is a family business driven by Bill and Tammy they are good people, honest and hardworking. I wouldt trust any other mechanics, especially after my Lincolns engine blew because the large Ford dealership were I serviced my car put the wrong oil grade in, Bill offered to fix the car, but I didnt want to so he bought it from me and would fix and sell it. The Ford dealer didnt want to help me at all. Now I only go to 535 autocare because they know cars and they are real, down to earth people who do a great job and the prices are very reasonable.

My family and I were in Orlando on vacation so time was precious. I was lucky to find 535 Auto Care through an internet search. Took my VW Touareg (a vehicle that is sometimes difficult for mechanics to work on) in for a window that wouldnt go up. They were very helpful and friendly, explaining the process and giving me a max quote before starting the repair. They were quick and efficient and stayed within the rate that was quoted. I thank God that we found 535 Auto !! The most amazing experience I have ever had getting a car back up and running. My daughter works at Disney and her car broke down. I drove up there from Bradenton to get it towed. We just happen to find 535 Auto and they took such good care of us! They were very very honest and put her back on the road the same day!!!!! $500 cheaper than our first estimate! How amazing it that???!!!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for an honest good mechanic! Thank you so much for all of your help!!!!

Best shop Ive ever been to. Guy up front is chill and funny. They saved me today. Trying to head north after a rough vacation. They fixed my monster golf cart in a day. It was cheaper than I expected. The guys all smile. Sweet crew. Two guys even helped me unjam my ratchet strap and put my camper back on the truck hitch. Doing it alone would of taken me 10x longer. *they even helped me get my 7lbs dog that jumped out of the car. I was a nightmare client but they kept smiling and were sweet the entire time.

Our "magical experience" at Disney started with an overheating car. Called 535 Auto Care. They fixed me up with a tow truck, evaluated the problems, called me with the fix and price. They fixed the car and I picked the Town Car up with no "surprise items" in the bill. They are very professional and will be number one on my list for car care needs when we are in the Orlando area.
