These people are unprofessional, disrespectful and cant possibly be reputable. My car ran out of gas and would not start after putting gas back in. Initialy i was quoted 250.00 for a diagnostic computer test and the water pump replacement. They were eager to help to earn my business. They walked across Silver Star ended up determining a bad fuel pump and told me 549.00 to 599.00 for all and told i would have my car before close of business. I called just after 5 p.m. and was told to call back in 30 to 40 minutes. I was greated with a very disrespectful and unprofessional attitude and told i would be called when they were done. I called at 6:20 only to find out they were closed with not even a courtsey call. At 5:30 the next evening i was called with additional repairs needed which i declined. 645.00 my car quit running less than a half mile away. Leaving a voicemail and receiving no return call i made contact being informed the car was low on gas and was most likely out. This proved true. Leaving Orlando that night to return home my car ran hot, shut off and would not crank. A motel room, rental car and tow later, i approached the business owner with the problem. He offered a towing companies number to have the car taken in for diagnostics, which by the way they do not own for my car. He stated the car didnt run hot after they replaced the water pump. After i informed him of my 3 attempts to contact him after hurs and eaving a message in his machine, that they would not return calls receiced after hours. Complete rip-offs.

Very reliable auto repair. I had my car break down in orlando in the Pine hills area. I called First Choice Auto repair and they sent a tow truck and fixed my car fast. They were very professional. This was a much better experience than most of the repair shops Ive encountered. They have reasonable prices. They saved my day and probably my job because I actually made it to work on time after they repaired my car quickly. Dan

Excellent. Fast, fair, solid reliable repairs. Robby gives courteous friendly service. They restored my 12 year old 100K plus miles Sentra to purring like a kitten and my sisters 200K plus miles 1980 something Corolla running like it is new. I strongly recommend them.

Great auto repair shop. Had a warped oil drain plug. Shop was able to pull it out very daily without giving me a whole lecture on the possibility of replacing an oil pan. Very straight forward and fair prices.

Worst experience I ever had they broke my car then had the nerve to try to sell one theirs on their lot. These Guys are crooks. One star is too good for these guys they are Con artist would be crooks.

Terrible service went for oil change front desk guy tried to charge me $10 extra for W40 oil instead of W30. Cant charge people $10 extra for using thicker oil. These people are crooks.
