I walked into this location and was greeted right away...awesome. However, As I began to ask my first question, the short guy (I forgot his name) immediately cut me short in the middle of my first question. He said "We dont do same day service, its on a first come first serve bases by appointment only"...first come first serve by appointment only!...Hmm!...okay. If he would have waited for me to finish my question, he would have known I simply wanted to check on there availability for Saturday (following day) and what kind of services they had to offer along with prices. I was looking for a place where I can spend some real money to get some proper, well needed maintenance done on my vehicle...not just on an oil change, which is the only reason I gave for stopping since I was rudely interrupted. It almost felt as if I was an inconvenience to them for walking in so early in the day. I did notice as well that they open at 7am, I walked in at 8:30 after dropping my kids off at school and saw 3 vehicles in the bays and no one working on them. Now, if these vehicles where waiting for parts..ok, I get that..or possibly short staffed...but making a few bucks on a simple oil change in the mean time would have been a great Idea to kill a little time since all I mentioned was doing an oil change at first. I made an appoint anyway for Saturday but the whole scene bothered me, and I am not bothered easily. I called around to other locations which for the most part, all had same day availability. I called back and canceled with a lame excuse and decided to take my vehicle elsewhere. 2 stars for that guy at the counter. On a side note, I did walk into this location a few months back and there was a Latin guy there who practically wanted me to leave my keys...I think he knew I was going someplace else for the service I needed at the time. Now thats the guy you want up front. 5 stars for that guy.

I would first like to say that the service manager and his team seem like stand up guys. Always polite always respectful and Ive been building a great relationship with them. This experience so far has been unpleasant. Took my vehicle in for word out rear hub bearings (very noise at speeds above 20mph). They did an inspection (and test drove the car) to confirm that it was the bearings and did the work which took the better part of a day to get taken care of. While driving home I noticed a new sound coming from the brakes while coming to a stop and called back right away to mention it. I was told that a little brake noise is normal and to drive on it a couple of days while the drums settle. There was no mention in the initial inspection about needing brake work so I thought nothing of it. Fast Forward to a few days ago, the sound has gotten a bit noisier so I call and made a 7am appointment first thing the next morning. They do another inspection and now tell me Ive got warped drums and brake shoes only (each only worn down on one side) and that I need them replaced. Almost $400 later Im on my way out and the car is still making the same noise with all new hardware so I brought it back in today and spent another morning in the shop. I watched their tech. breakdown and reassemble the drums and shoes for an hour and a half with test drives in between before handing me my keys. I got about 2 miles away from the shop and the noise is back again. I didnt have any issues with the brakes (noises or otherwise) before having the hubs done and now I have to schedule another appointment and spend another day with my car in the shop and hopefully this can get sorted out.

I was looking for someone to put mud flaps on my car. They did not come on the car but they are parts directly from the car manufacture that I had shipped to me. I called this store BEFORE I drove all the way there to see if they would even be interested/able to install them. The guy at the counter when I walked in was not overly friendly but he asked the mechanic to come to the front desk. When the guy told him what I wanted he actually rolled his eyes at me and gave me a look like I was seriously annoying him. He told him to just go with me to see if they could help me. The mechanic walked with me to my car but asked me questions like, "why dont you take it to your auto body shop" which I replied it was a new car, why would I take it to a body shop? Mechanic shop maybe, but I thought that was where I was at???? He continued to be rude and acted like it was such an imposition. He said we would have to drill holes to put them on which I know is incorrect because I can ready the directions!!! I just do not have tools and a lift to do it myself! I finally told to give me back my part and I did not want him to touch my car because he obviously did not want to do it anyway. I was going to go in and talk to the store manager but that meant I would have to walk back in with him and that was not a pleasant thought. I called and talked with corporate but not sure what good that would do. I should have read all of these reviews before calling them and I would have known to go to the other store where your business is appreciated. I wish I could give them NO stars!!!

Terrible terrible terrible. I have been here 2 times and the first time wasnt that bad. I dropped my car off, went to work and picked it up when I got off. But today was a whole different experience! Dropped it off for a oil change, ext... well I picked up my car and noticed a big white dodge truck parked on the side of the building when I went in to get my keys. Finished paying and headed around the building to find my car parked last and usually car shops have it running and pulled up for you to go over things with you. Nope they didnt do anything like that. Pulled out the spot and had to go around the white truck to get to the stop sign. Well I guess the white truck didnt like that so it pulled up right next to my car like it was going to hit it. I didnt know it was in line because it seemed to be parked where the first garage opening was on the side of pep boys. I get out to the median of the double lane both ways road and here comes the truck right in front of me like I did something to him to piss him off. He is in front of the car thats in front of me but then he pulls over as if he is waiting to see where I go because I could see him looking at me in his side mirror. The biggest problem with this is that it is the store manager! His first name is bobby bt Im not sure what his last name is but I will be sure to find that out tomorrow when I head up there. Most outrageous thing I have ever seen from a "professional" store manager. Will be seeking my refund for the terrible hospitality!
