Terrible customer service!! Dont waste your time or money! They are very pricey and use cheap parts. I had to bring my truck back twice to replace the same item. On the second time back I made it very clear to manager ( Clarence Maura) that I had to work that evening. After I returned 3 hours later. Truck hadnt been touched. He assured me "he was doing everything he could to get it done" whilst the technicians were sitting eating and joking! When I questioned him he told me he wouldnt fix my car unless I sat down and remained quiet! Wow!! After that he told the tech to take my car off the rack and he wouldnt fix it! Something I had already paid for!! He allowed a broken vehicle to roll away and remain a hazard. Clarence Maura is a terrible manager! He lacks costumer service skills, he wont allow you to question him, and he has no regard for safety and liability. This man only cares about his own pride and authority. The only reason Ive given them 2 stars is, after reaching out to corporate they refunded me all that I had paid. Pep Boys I would really reconsider Clarence Maura as a manager or employee for that matter.

Pepboys el servicios son de muy baja calidad y quieren timar a los clientes le dan un precio al cliente y cuando es un seguro que tiene que pagar le rebajan el precio y al cliente no le hacen lo que estaba supuestamente dañando. Se los dejo de tarea.....

I am really loyal to pep boys, but over the past year Ive been routinely disappointed. Oil changes taking over an hour with no option to make a reservation. Making appointments for other routine services and the vehicle isnt ready on time. Calling in during the middle of the worm day and the phone rings and rings and rings for over 2 minutes without anyone picking up and at least saying "hold please." Just disappointed.

I came in today to get one of my tires patched. The cashier inside the shop told me to pull my car to the back so they can have a look at it. I was in my car for a total of an hour and a half watching the mechanics hang around. I was so furious with the service that was given to me that I just drove off. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to a different Pep Boys.

Never again and over priced. Told me my car will be ready on Monday its Thursday and still no car. No one seems to care about the customers or seems to have an idea of what they are doing. They also ordered the wrong part. Save your time and money. Lesson learned. I will stick to my small local mechanic.

Justin and Shane at Pep Boys on Powers Dr has given me LIFE. Dont listen to what ANYONE says come check them out for yourself! Fast Courteous, Honest like a good boyfriend (hell if they still exist) but I KNOW PEP does!!!!!

Shane ! All I have to say is make sure Shane is there and everything will go accordingly. Suzy is very helpful as well but Shane will literally make sure youre taken care with your vehicle.

My car was running great after i have them work on it for 600 bucks it starts shaking they can not tell me why it shaking.... i Will never go back again

Mechanics could have been more helpfully but Susie and the assistant store manager Shane provided excellent customer service. Will definitely be back.

Friendly customer service, swift mechanic work, pricey, waiting room has plenty of space but is basic, store area is huge and the selection is wide.
