I took my car to get new tires and to check a terrible noise under the hood. They determined it was the bearings and else...I paid about $700 not counting the tires. The noise continued and got worse within a month. I took it back, this time "they had to dismantle the car further to find the problem", hence they never did in the first place. It was the alternator plus other items they listed...they wanted $900 this time to fix the actual problem they had to fix in in the first place. I decided not to give this shop one more penny after this horrible disservice, took it to a local owned shop recommended by a friend. They fixed the alternator, nothing else was faulty and saved half the money that Pepboys was trying to rip me off for again. I will never trust Pepboys with car service again. They have good manners and horrible intentions.

I have to say any time I have to go to any dealership or auto service place I cringe knowing Im most likely going to have a bad time. I never know how honest they will be with me or if a "problem" they will tell me about is actually true. I had seen this store had better reviews than any other place around the area and I can absolutely say, my experience with them was amazing, pleasant and easy. From beginning to end, making the appointment was easy and they have any kind of options, in the actual website. You print out your order, sign it, come in, give them your keys and they do exactly what you need. It didnt take long whatsoever and through the entire experience they actually treated me with decency and they explained everything as if we were friends. I really appreciate it that guys! I will be coming back soon.

Ive been going to Pep Boys for years.. great service good prices.... my last oil change which was at the one at Kirkman and Macleod God awful so bad I was going to take my business else where ... so Im driving over to Kia to get a oil changed and I see this pep boy. I think I never been to this one lets give them a call. Jeff picks up and says I will take care of you 45 mins tops my word.... so I make a U turn park my car walk in to be greeted by two individuals With great Charisma and energy......Jeff and Jonathan gave me such warm welcoming. They took down my info and whoosh 35 mins later my car was done. This Pep Boys is a hidden gem at the loop. And I believe both of your associates Deserve the recognition and a raise... I Will highly recommend this Pep Boys to my friends and family.

Very bad customer service, extremely under-staffed and the mechanics that are there are not authorized to move a finger (literarily) unless the guys in the white shirts tell them its ok to do so. I went in with my car for an oil pressure switch. The job was supposed to take about 90 minutes to complete, went across the street to McDonalds and came back 2 hours later only to find out that they did not do anything at all because they had obtained the wrong part...2 hours later!!! They did not call me, no text, no one came to look for me at the restaurant...nothing. 2 hours later!! Come on! Jeff and Carlos (although they try their best) they act as if they have no choice but to roll with the punches. I am NEVER coming back to any pep boys, extremely disorganized and awful customer service.

Moving from a more rural area where i have known my mechanic for years and never needed to worry to moving to orlando where there are thousands of mechanics and im sure only a couple handfuls of good ones, its an unsettling feeling searching for someone to work on your vehicle that you can trust. Thats why when i went here and was met with great customer service and support from Jonathan the asst manager in front, my worry went away. He gave me a great deal on work and tires and above all treated me fair! He should be running that place because he does everything, atleast it feels like it! Lets be honest thats the game, thats why we go to publix and not wal mart because we want to be treated like people and not cattle. Very pleased and not tempted to look elsewhere for mechanics!

On 03/10/2016 I recieved a diagnosis quote of a 2004 Nissan Murano. I agreed of a set price to complete the issues shown upon the report, I went to pick up the vehicle once the job had been completed 03/12/2016. When it was time to pay, the original quote had been substantially OVERPRICED, due to lack of communication between the representative and myself, and a portion of the issues had not been completed either. I was mislead of the original cost and was tried to being convinced in paying the additional charges by the manager. As a result I request the parts and vehicle placed back to how I originally brought it in, which the manager complied. I DO NOT recommend this location for services. BEWARE.

Fantastic service! Not many places left treat you like your their only customer. This Pep Boys is one of them. Alex was very concerned that I knew every detail and cost on my repairs before they started. I was crunched for time but again Alex and the top mechanic finished the repairs on time and at the price I was quoted. I felt very comfortable with Pep Boys service. No pressure at all. I want to give a big THANKS to Alex and all the mechanics at Pep Boys. SINCE ALEX LEFT THIS LOCATION CRAPPY SERVICE!!!! NO ONE CARES AT THIS LOCATION OTHER THAN THE BOTTOM LINE $$$$ ALEX WHERE DID U GO???

I brought these guys my aftermarket rims to have installed on my car and they were wonderful! They inspected the rims I brought to them to make sure they would fit. My car was immediately taken back and worked on. Ivan was the mechanic who installed them and he was super careful and did an amazing job! Even when I found out that the lugs I currently had were the incorrect size, they ordered them from a neighboring store and I was consistently in the loop with what was happening.Thank you Ivan, Carlos, and Danny for your great customer service!

We came here to make oil change, and Jeff I dont know if he is the manager he treat us like family, it was such a good and nice experience, he let us know about the breaks and we change them and they did everything so fast and need, they understand were in a hurry and they worked out just like a great team!! Zero sense of urgency for appointment times or communication to the customer. Nearly two hours after scheduled appointment time, they began what should have been a 45 minute maximum oil change, making an hour visit into a 3 hour waste of time. Do not schedule an appointment on any day that you have other obligations. When asked why it was taking so long the response given was "I forgot my guys hadnt been on break yet." No respect for the customers time. Will not return.
