Weve been going to the Sears Auto Center for years. Normally, Ive raved about it. Last week, I had to go on a rather emergency basis, as my daughter called home sick from school and my cars battery didnt start. A neighbor jumped my car, and I made it to Sears. Yes, I needed a new battery...roughly $150...and I knew I also should buy two tires $118/each plus alignment (roughly $100.) The lady kept saying shed save me money by giving me a package, and it ended up close to $800. I didnt even think at the time (my fault, I know) how that made no sense because I was so worried about getting done in time to get home for my kids. I thought that seems high, but really didnt have time to think more about it as I was just going to make it home in time if they started then. They also now stress that youre getting money via a rewards program, which I really didnt care about, and Im sure Ill never see. So basically, I ended up paying nearly twice would I should have for what I had done. BEWARE. Check your bill. Dont let them sell you anything. Dont let them take advantage of you. Used to be very trustworthy, now Im not so sure anymore.

Just left this place after and OIL CHANGE... they left a red scratch smeared with oil about 6 inches long on the passenger side of my white dodge magnum. I mean the scratch and OIL on it right! The supervisor and the mechanic are telling me that it didt happen there! An went further to tell me that theres nothing red in there shop! YOU ARE SEARS THE MAIN TOOLS ARE CRAFTMAN THE REDEST TOOLS BESIDE SNAPON... AND WHAT COLOR YOU USE FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS DANGER SIGNS ETC EFIN PURPLE!!! This people will damage your vehicle will not take responsibility and will lie to your face without flinching and I mean the most blatant lies...PS The front lady took pictures wiped the fresh oil with her hand and didnt saw her after that...

Poor customer service, unprofessional attire, had an empty lot and employees leaned back doing nothing but still couldnt see me in a reasonable time frame to use my road hazard warranty I bought with them. Had to schedule an appoint in orange park to have any hope of getting decent service.

Horrible. Bought a $300 diehard battery charger that failed after 3 month. Supposedly 3 years warranty on it. No recipt no help. I left it there. What happens to standing behind your products?

Do not waste your time making an appointment. It will be a at least 2 hours before an oil change is attempted.
