Konstantin was great! Knowledgeable and friendly. Had them check out the AC in our SUV thinking it was a leak (I was doing the Wal-Mart self serve and having to fill it every few days). Turned out to just be a very low freon level and he could not find a big leak. He filled it and the AC still going strong after almost 2 months.
