So after a 24hour journey to get a leaky tire fixed, I have to start with writing a review for the first place I went to and thankfully, did not take them up on their service recommendations. I had a leaky tire with a gouge in the rubber wall...upon inspection, they told me (and I confirmed with them) that there was a nail in the tire, and because of the extra damage to the tire wall, it "could not physically be repaired". I would need a new tire but it would be best to get 2 because it could cause balance issues otherwise. They originally quoted me about $30 for the repair but were not quoting me $350 for two tires, which they didnt have in stock. They told me it was a safety hazard to be driving on the tire and when I left they said "Stay safe" as if I was leaving AMA. Thank GOD I didnt give them my money. I checked out Sams Club, they told me there was NO nail in the tire, but that the tire could not be repaired do to the sidewall damage. They did not have my tire. Last night I checked with Discount Tire in Kissimmee, they said they had my tire, $98 out the door with free rotation, heck yeah! But when I took it out there they told me that the gouge in the tire did not affect the nylon structure and that the tire was perfectly safe and would not need to be replaced! They said the leak was due to a bent rim, NOT A NAIL, and that I did have a nail in a DIFFERENT tire. They fixed my rim, my tire and gave me a free rotation. Grand total: $0. Amazing. I would avoid this place like the plague and if you have a tire issue, GO TO DISCOUNT TIRE. That is all.

I ran into car trouble while traveling for business to Orlando. About half way there, I found myself broken down on the shoulder of I-75 South. After googling mechanics near my intended destination, I came into contact with Randy at Tires Plus on Kirkland Rd. I described what I thought was a failed alternator to Randy and asked a very simple question, "If Im correct about the alternator, can you get me back on the road today?" Like a true professional, Randy assured me that he could, with 100% confidence and genuine kindness. After towing my car nearly 100 miles to Randys shop, I arrived to a warm welcome from the entire crew. These guys blew me away with their positivity and energy! A few hours later, I received a call from Randy stating that my car was ready. Since the work was covered under my extended warranty, Randy personally handled the payment with the warranty companys claims adjuster. I simply paid the taxes and was back on the road, same day, as promised. If only I could give Randy and the guys at Tires Plus on Kirkland Rd 10 stars. It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Thanks again!

BEWARE! My Ford Expedition would not crank. I assumed a bad coil or 2, even though they are new. Towed it to Tires Plus and they did diagnostics check $112.00. They said I needed a Fuel pump and the appropriate filters $1,030.00!!! They said I also need 8 Coils and 8 spark plugs because of misfire codes (I just replaced them all myself 3 months ago)... oh, then the kicker... I need a new battery, which was cranking fine when I dropped it off! Grand Total: $2,400.00!!! OUCH! SOLUTION: So, I called my friend mechanic and he recommended C.P. Diesel in Saint Cloud - Chris (owner) said tow it to him, which I did. Guess what? Fuel Pump with filters & tax out the door $580.00. AND my 8 spark plugs, 8 coils and the battery work great and did not need replacing! All those bad codes disappeared when the Fuel Pump was replaced. Keep that in mind when they show you all those bad codes on the diagnostic check! If you go to this place they will at least get you for $112.00 diagnostic fee!!! They will also happily update parts you dont need at a premium! NO THANKS!

Deceiving and disrespectful! My wife came by to change her oil, and was told she needed new tires because hers were "running on the rims". Well....her tires are brand new. After I looked at it closely, my guess is that she still got a good 2 years on them, based on the amount she drives. Secondly, as she went to pick up her car, the mechanics on duty (11/18/2016 around 11am) were cat calling her. CAT CALLING A COSTUMER!!!!! What kind of respectful, professional establishment would do those things? I wanted to drop what I was doing and go in to talk to the manager, whom probably wont even read this, but in the words of my wife "no harm no fault, leave it alone". I will NEVER step a foot in there again.

GET OUT OF THIS PLACE INMEDIATELY!!! I take my car for Rear Brake Pads Service, they do the "Free Inspection" and a Couple Minutes Later de Front guy call me telling that we have to change rotor, disc and calipers for "Safety" they wanna charge me $400 for the Whole Service. I was like you had to be kidding right $400 because i need new Brake Pads. What happen next, i cross the Street to Autozone i buy the New Pads that cost me $18.99 Duralast Ceramic Pads an a Valvoline Brake Fluid $6.00. I call my buddy and he did it for $60. Be careful this guys are sellers not Mechanics. Free inspection its Bullshit! So Be Smart with your Money.

Took my 2002 Ford Taurus SEL into this Tires Plus after my engine started to overheat. The staff was very friendly and prompt with their communication of information so that I never really felt out of the loop. It turned out that my water pump and water belt needed changing and they charged me a very fair price for the service since they didnt waste time to charge me extra labor fees. Best of all, I didnt have to deal with the usual 10 page report that I usually get from Midas telling me how everything in my car from my ABS to the power windows is going to explode if I drive another five miles. I would recommend this location.

Do not go there . caught a flat and no other choice but to go there, the service there is not up to par. Long wait time plus they didnt check air pressure in my front tires and left the right driver low on air. Thats a hazard that was ignored not only that when I get to the desk they offer me the most expensive tire available then when I asked for the best value on tires they got hesitant to sale to me. I hate to give bad reviews and rarely do but buyers beware. Shop wise when you have the opportunity. Its better to be safe then sorry especially when it can be avoided, proper vehicle maintenance can save lives.

Im always very leary about car maintenance services and tires. I absolutely hate to go and am awful about putting it off. I had a great experience here from the moment I walked in. Travis greeted me and explained eveything to me and put me at ease. The staff was very professional and efficient with me and the other waiting customers. I got what I needed for my Ford Explorer and was so happy I returned 2 weeks later with my daughters car for tires. Travis was there and remembered me and that means alot. I will recommend them to everyone! Thanks again to everyone involved .
