Took my car here 5 times for an overheating problem. They replaced the thermostat, EGR valve and some other stuff. Altogether I paid a total of over $500 and still had the same problem. Took it back just to see what they say was wrong this time and they said I needed to replace my water pump and everything thats connected to it. Huh? Their estimate was $477 and some cents. I couldnt afford it so I called around to see if someone else could do this for less. I found someone who gave me an estimate of $130 to replace my water pump. Once the guy came and took a look at my car, the water pump was fine and all along the only thing that was wrong with my car was the fan and now its working right. Not only was the new mechanic able to figure out it was only my fans and fixed it but he showed me where my cooling system sensor was broken. I had just paid to get that replaced by C&G and they put it on wrong. Ive had it with this place. My mom, dad and sister has also had to take their cars back to them because after the first visit...they mess your car up so bad you have to come back. BEWARE!!!! Find another mechanic. I would give them a 0 if I had that option.

Took my car in for a simple brake line repair and they first charged me $36 to just look at the car. They charge this fee to set you up because you don’t want to waste $36 to go somewhere else. They inspected my car and decided without testing that they needed to replace my whole braking system. They wanted to put in a new master cylinder, all new brake lines, front disk brake rotors, and brake pads. Their estimate was just short of $1000. I was shocked and told them that I can’t afford that amount. At that point, they wanted to put in used and refurbished parts to reduce the price to $800. I decided to eat the inspection cost of $36 and limped my car to Tuffy’s. Tuffy’s inspected my car for free and told me all I needed was a new brake line. I asked Tuffy’s about the master cylinder, disk brake rotors, and brake pads. They said that my master cylinder was fine, my disk brake rotator weren’t bad, and the car had plenty of brake pad left. They replaced my brake line for $150 and it works great.

This was my first time at C&G and I must say I enjoyed my experience. As a woman, its hard to find a place I can trust to not take advantage of my lack of auto repair knowledge. Im often quoted for services that are not really needed on my car. At C&G, they were quick, efficient, and honest. The price C&G gave me for my brake repair turned out to be $100 less than one of the chain mechanics in the area. When I left, the mechanic told me about a few maintenance things coming due on my car but assured me my car is in great shape. Not once did they try to sell me on something I didnt need. I will be returning to C&G for all my auto needs in the future.

I brought my car here for a headlight change . Later on I found out they were working on the wrong car When I drove my car home and was reversing my car my break was making a bizzare noise when I went to then and told them that they was to charge me 70&$ for a check up so I told them no because I did not cause that your mechanic did when they were working on the working on the wrong car talking about no we did not work on the wrong car when he brought me back in the garage where the mechanic were working dont go to this people they are trying to break your car so they get money out of you.

Look, scratch the other reviews because this place has me as a reliable customer. My water pump went out in my 04 impala and they were great: they fixed in a time pinch for me and just the other day they topped off my power steering fluid for free. They are very dire to a making sure that you the consumer; are being treated to the max. So I really enjoyed my experience with them and will be going back. As far as I know its way better then the Chevy dealer ship on colonial drive they have sky rocketing prices for a pretty lobby and "popcorn" thanks but no thanks.

What a great family. This car body shop is the best I have experienced. Professional, on time with repairs, and they give a 2 year warranty on all parts of the car that are repaired. I would recommend them for anyone wanting car repairs or oil changes. From the moment you walk into the shop they make you feel relaxed and explain in detail with pictures of what is wrong with your car. I will be using them for everything I need for my car from now on in Orlando.

This place is a rip off, when you call and ask for the cost to perform the job they will give you a price and when you go over there they will give you another price which probably is 3 times higher than the price offered. They offered me labor to replace the front bank ignition coil for $49.00 and when I went over there they quoted the price at $153.00 for a 10 minute job. On my way back from there I stopped by another mechanic and he replaced it for $20.00.

Its extremely difficult to find a repair shop that you can trust with your car/cars completely. Its like finding a good doctor for your kids. Well look no further for a doctor for your car! At C&G Autocenter you couldnt ask for more knowledgeable experts in their field and truly someone who cares for your car. Im serious your search is over! The best of the best and I would recommend them to anyone.

They did my brakes for $200 less than other quotes in town. They did a great job and they were quick. Every available person in the shop pitched in to get the job done quickly. They even agreed to fix a hole in my muffler at no charge. Although it only took 5 minutes and they used my materials, they displayed great integrity when they refused any payment!!! Great folks at C and G Automotive!!!

Correctly diagnosed all the issues in my car (after a chain mechanic incorrectly told me the issues my car was having) and helped me prioritize what needed to be fixed immediately. They were super friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me understand the needs of my poor car. Fair pricing and the work (which was extensive) took only a matter of hours. Very happy.

This auto shop was recommended by a friend so naturally I had great expectations and they did not disappoint. I was greeted by a very friendly female staff member. The response to my request was quickly processed and the price for the service was fair. I especially liked the way that the two main owners had a presence to ensure customer satisfaction.
