Service manager explained that his shop is mostly by appointment, but would take a look at my vehicle. Had my vehicle towed there and he said he would take a look at it the following day. Two days later, I contacted him (no call from them to update me)...his response was "I dont know whats wrong with your vehicle, and I dont have time to spend all day working on just your vehicle." I was in shock...unless I left it there for several days until he got to it, he couldnt do anything for me. So, if your vehicle is not showing a obvious fault code, then this shop cant fix it. I went home in disgust...surfed the internet to see if I could fix it. Within 1 hour of research, I found the problem...a 5 dollar fix. Had to pay Bayard Center 78 dollars to tell me he could not find the problem...avoid this place if it is not an obvious problem or dont need your vehicle quickly.

Not sure who came up with the above discription, but the Bayard community Plan dosnt preserve any of Bayards historical integreity. What about the three story building on phillips and Alphons or how about the oldest black school in Duval county that used to sit on phillips and Rosco. The DOT showed no respect for this building or any of the long time residents that they forced out of there homes.The only reason Jacksonville showed any interest in Bayard is because one our City Counsel members (Art Graham) strickly used this as means to advance himself in the political ream and then when he didnt win he simply went back to the city counsel position status quoe.

Complete bull crap. Took my car in for a 2 day repair and now Im on week 3, still havent gotten it! They never answer the phone, and he is just a jack ass! Very frustrated and would urge you strongly to go elsewhere. Not to mention he always messed up, and had to order new parts and start all over.
