I am a Automotive electrical technician. And I operate my own shop. (I dont do brakes and rotors and such. Mostly because it isnt worth my time) Wensday dropped off my car in the morning to get my rear rotors and brake pads replaced as well as a new wheel bearing in my passenger rear tire. Around 230 i get a phone call telling me that it wasnt my bearing it was my calibers. They said i would not need the bearing. Just the calibers and pads and rotors. They also informed me that my E-brake is broken because of the calibers and it would be fixed as well. (Not really why i came in but a nice extra.) 530 i get a call that its ready for pick up. Pay the bill and go out to my car. And the ebrake isnt working and now the ABS light is on(it wasnt before). I go back inside and tell them to fix it. They take my car till the next day. They gave me a loner car. Anyway i get to work the next day and find out i had driven this loner car to my work in Macedonia, abd it had expired tags. I refused to drive it back because i dont want to get a ticket. The shop owner Quinn drives my vehicle up to macedonia and picks up his. He doesnt charge me for the fix for the ABS Light and leaves. Ebrake would have needed a new set of cabels. The reason i gave him 4 stars. He was nice enough to admit he was at fault for the incident. And he made the repairs for free. To make it so i didnt have to go somewhere else. As a shop owner however i would like to suggest a couple pointers. 1st. Get some sort of Check in and check out sheet for not only the cars you are working on but the loner cars too.(by this i mean. Is the check engine light on? Does it have gas? Does the car have scratches? Dash lights on?) 2nd. Before handing a car back to a customer, double check that everything that was functioning before the labor was preformed is still working after. 3rd. Make sure, no matter what you are giving a clear percise comunication to all of your customers. And finally, if you offer loner cars, make sure they are in good functioning order to be legally driven on the road. Or do not offer them at all. I probably wont be returning to rad air ever. Just because of the experience i had. But i am satisfied with the shop owner quinn doing everything he could to make it so i was put into a less stressful situation.

Very fast service. I brought my car in with an exhaust problem resulting in a Check Engine Light (and hence failed E-Check) Saturday (when theyre only open half a day) and they had it fixed on Monday. And it was actually fixed, no Check Engine Light, E-Check passed! Not only that, but they gave me a loaner car to drive the entire time. The loaner wasnt a Rolls Royce or anything, but it was a clean, decent car that I didnt mind driving and I didnt even have to ask for it. The only negative I can think of, after having my car serviced at numerous different garages and mechanics over its lifetime, is that the diagnosis fee RadAir charged was comparatively expensive. But hey, they actually fixed the problem, so the price was worth it to me. Just understand that the diagnosis fee comes before and is in addition to the cost of actually fixing the problem, and this is true with any garage or mechanic.

I feel comfortable going to RadAir in the Valley because they always do a great job on the repairs, offered at a great price and they get the repairs done quickly. Customer service is the best around and they know how to treat me right as a customer. The guys at RadAir are friendly and care about their work and their customers!! I want to say a personal thank you to the owner/ manager Quenton for getting my car in when I needed the repairs done quickly. Even though they were busy, he looked at my car and got the repairs done by the next day.

This Rad Air is by far the best auto repair shop Ive ever used for a vehicle, and Im talking about decades of car and truck ownership, in multiple cities. I want quality work, done quickly at a reasonable price, honest answers and please, no upselling. Thats what I and my family always have gotten at this Rad Air for a number of years. Face it, taking a car in for repair isnt a particular joy. But you want to leave satisfied you got an honest appraisal of the problem, a fair deal, and dont have to keep coming back to correct the problem. Thats been my experience at this Rad Air. I couldnt recommend it more.

I take my car their for everything, the service is excellent they are actually honest about what is needed and being done on your car. And if need be they have pretty decent loaner vehicles for customers to use to help you continue your everyday life without interruption. I love Radair and they have valuable coupons to help people stick close to their budgets.

I have had good mechanics before but none like this at an actual shop. These guys and girl are so helpful and truly care about their work and reputation, Such professionalism. I own a foreign car repairs are costly, however once RadAir fixes I, its fixed!!!! Not with a bandaid!!! They bend over backwards to diagnose, repair and follow-up.

I brought my car in and it was fixed the same day. Fast service, reasonable prices, and knowledgeable mechanics. Honest manager, who did not tell me that my vehicle needed a bunch of things that it didnt need. Friendly, reliable service. I will be bringing my car back to this shop!

This place charges for a quotes on repairs and offers really high prices to actually perform them. If you want to pay for estimate then this place will take you money. Other than that your repairs will probably be done elsewhere since i doubt you can afford them.
