Yikes. Shaw auto should really change their name to "SHADY" auto. Ill be honest, I have had much better car repair experiences elsewhere... and thats coming from a car expert. I was there about a month ago and I didnt appreciate the scare tactics or bad advice on my repair. Rule number 1: If you do great work, people will come. You dont need to rip off your customers!

I only trust my vehicle with Shaw, theyve been keeping my cars running well & safely since 2005. Steve cares about his customers and his family has been running their businesss in Cuyahoga Falls for many years. If you want to be treated right, and get your car repaired fast, go to Shaws.

Im surprised by the positive reviews. I typically never leave reviews, but I want to urge people to think twice before taking their vehicle to Shaws. Based on my experience, I felt pressured, ripped off and taken advantage of.

Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Gave me some suggestions as to what else might need done, but there was absolutely NO pressure at all to get it done. He left it totally up to me. Great experience.
