My car needed lots of work done so I brought it here. They finished my car quicker then I expected considering the amount of work that I asked them to do to it. The cost was fair and reasonable. While I was waiting for the rental car place to come pick me up the guys that work there gave me some tips on things to do in the area and kid friendly activities, being new to the area this was greatly appreciated and in my opinion above and beyond your standard customer service. When I went to pick up my car when it was finished the guys kept all the parts that they had replaced to show me, while this isnt necessary Im a pretty mechanically inclined guy so I could see the issues with the parts and appreciated them doing this. I will be bringing my vehicles here in the future.

In my effort to support local, independent businesses, I searched Bayard Tires (I drive by them every time I go to work) on Google and saw the great reviews both here and on Facebook. Last week I stopped by after work and asked if they would be able to change my two front tires (I already had the new tires in my car, as most small places do not keep them in stock). Fifteen minutes later I was driving home with my new tires installed. Both guys were polite and friendly; good prices. Will definitely be back if I need anything else done to my car!

I live in Northwest Jax, but I teach a class in St. Augustine. One day I was driving down and I noticed this auto shop. After being super annoyed at chain automotive stores, and missing my favorite small town auto shop in Maryland, I decided to stop here to get my oil changed and brakes checked after my class. So glad I did. Ive been back two separate times, and the experience is always far superior than when I go to big chain stores. Highly recommend. I will even drive from Northwest Jax just for the great customer service.

Amazing customer service! While renting my U-Haul trailer I realized my hitch pin was missing, after an exhaustive search around the shop for a loaner pin came up empty handed, an employee offered to let me borrow theirs off their person vehicle! Wonderful people all around and unbeatable customer service! I will be back for future U-Hauls rentals and now they have enticed me to come in for my tires as well! These guys are awesome and do a great job! They have THE best prices, they are local so I am supporting my community and saving money. Plus, they treated me fairly, didnt talk down to me as if I cant understand how tires work (like another local company did), or try to sell me something I dont need, and didnt over charge me because I am a female. They have all my future business and l will recommend them to all my friends!

Thank you for telling me I had "bad gas" and it definitely was NOT our ignition coil that was wrong with our car. After I paid for your expertise, I drove to Auto Zone, bought an ignition coil and replaced it myself and cured the problem in our car. We wont be coming back since Google and YouTube is what really helped fix our car, not having it sit at your shop for a whole day. Thanks for nothing.

Had a blowout on vacation. Got a tire from this shop and 4 hours later the tire was almost flat. The only thing they could say was bring the tire back and we will patch or plug it (any tire professional knows you dont plug a tire). Long story short... we were an hour away and no real help was offered.

Rented a UHaul for a Wednesday, but the items to pickup came in Tuesday. I showed up at 4:30 p.m. and they were super friendly and accommodating and got me in a truck that day. I dont have a truck so when I need to pick up something for the house I I will definitely be using them again. Thanks guys!!!
